  1. Thanks MODs for sorting this into the right thread! Thanks Zephyr - I have a feeling my 2025 Mac is not compatible with the Mono/BlueBrick combo - going to try it on my slightly older MacBook - just a hunch! And thanks for the welcome! Glad to be here. Thanks Desvejk... I did wonder about Keynote but got no further than that. I am reasonably proficient in that as I use it for some graphics for my YT videos of my road trip last year. Will try some more practising at the weekend.
  2. Hi All Hopefully the right thread to create a response...MODS please move if not! Would someone be so kind to advise on the best Track Layout App for a Mac? I am using a M4 Mac mini and cannot seem to get Mono/BlueBrick to work. Very many thanks in advance Matt
  3. Thanks. Have designed this around the position of the doors in the room - so white squares are actually standing space - a door will open onto the beach table and bottom right corner is a dor to a cupboard - I will get some pics and post as they will explain far better than I!! The empty brown squares are for future purchases - waiting to see what the modular will be come January...!
  4. Hello everyone Matt from UK here - loved lego all my life. During Lockdown 1 me and the Mrs decided, as the two eldest had left home, to utilise the box room and further our love of the hobby in building a Lego City. Lots of reviewing YT videos meant we developed a city that soon filled what was a relatively small room - 2.5m x 2.9m. Then, around Easter 21, the wife had this great idea to move the city to the downstairs snug - effectively swapping rooms. The snug was bigger and therefore we could have more. Seems logical to me so over that weekend, we swapped it all round. Planning the city in the new room was quick and rushed, but we built the basis of it, and all that saw it were impressed. But you know when you are not happy, it niggles away. So decided to plan a bit better and last week, decided to tell ask the wife for permission to remodel. Of course, and luckily, she agreed. So we did. BTW - brick link is addictive!! Plan here: Used excel which was OK - scale one square: 32x32 baseplate. Theme park/Roller coaster to camp site to Eiffel Tower inc adjacent road are on a raised platform so the trains which take up so much room can circle underneath on a sort of L shaped loop!
