Hi everyone, I want to share a project with you, which I have recently completed. This is my take on an MT-12 100mm anti tank gun towed by an MT-LB armored tracked vehicle. Both were originally designed during the soviet era, but have seen multiple updates over time. Recently, they could be seen by both Ukrainian and Russian armed forces during the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022. The MT-LB features multiple hatches and 2 doors on the rear, that can be opened. The inside can accommodate minifigures. The MT-12 features a movable barrel and carriage. It also features a towing hook, so it can be towed by the MT-LB. They are both designed in 1:35 scale. More pictures can be found at Bricksafe. Hi all, I want to share a little project I have been doing the past couple of days. When building tank moc’s, where I planned to use custom track links, it always bothered me, that I don’t have a Ldraw or studio model of them. I always had to improvise with the ones available from Lego. So i though why not just reverse engineer them and get them into studio. I started with Brickmania’s custom track links. They are based on Lego piece 3711, but designed in CAD and then transformed to Ldraw. It has fully functional connectivity for use in studio. You can find the studio and partdesigner files on my Bricksafe page. To import them into your studio custom part palette, open the .part file in PartDesigner and then export it to studio. I will add other custom parts like Brickarm’s muzzle brakes in the near future. Note: This is just a reverse engineered model with dimensional accuracy for digital MOC build only.
