Hello everybody !
My name is Michel-Ange, and I'm presently in Paris, France, city of a thousand garage sales (whee ! Lego everywhere !(1)) and very constricted apartments.
I'm a student in liberal arts - japanese linguistics and history if you ask - which in retrospect proved to be more time-consuming than I thought, but still allows for some interesting bookworming - and justifies buying lots of collectible samurai and geisha.
I usually build in history (although it's an everyday struggle to get it right) sci-fi (I've learnt a lot about building techniques with these ones) and steampunk (funny gears !). I've also given some tries at city, but I'm afraid I somehow lack the "city spirit". I love to see it built, however.
I've been occasionally watching this forum's headlines - and sometimes not only headlines - for about two or three years before now, but never took the time to write a proper self-introduction. Actually, the final motivator was the underwater month, which coincides perfectly with the subaquatic steampunk stuff I've been frantically building since I came back from vacation - most pictures and backstories still in progress, however -.
Anyway, I'm really happy to be here, I hope it will be constructive and funny
Cheers !

(1) not that much everywhere, actually. You'll have to wake up early, search thoroughly, ask politely, negotiate harshly, and be OK with coming back empty-handed. But it gives a good reason for setting the clock at ridiculous hours even on saturdays, and sometimes you happen to be lucky. Or just to come across interesting people, that counts too
