Thank you for the info! :) I'm rendering again at the moment, at least for now it seems to be a bit better then before. I tried rendering at 1024x768 but it took way too long for my patience. Of course, I'm not sure, what are the average rendertimes for POVray.

Hey, I have to say, this gave me a lot of motivation to get back to LDD, which is great! Anyhow, this is the first render I managed to complete, but the quality of the image isn't that great, so can anyone give me any tips on how to improve it? Thanks in advance! Mike.

Hey, I thought it's finally time to share my LXF files of two of my favorite trucks. Comments and critics about design are welcome! :) The red truck is based on 4955 but has extendes chassis, a sleeper cab and some other little updates the green truck is based on 6753 but has also been extended and made over completely. Hi, Im working on a Truck with trailer to transport race cars, can someone with more experience tell me what would be a normal scale for a car when the truck (and trailer) are 12 wide and the truck has 30 x 20 wheels? im debating between 8-wide and 10-wide. Righty, as usual, the rebuilding got out of hand. and the only thing unchanged is the cab design, everything else got overhauled. Its not slightly longer and has many other updates too. still debating on wheter to build a trailer or not. But im sure I'll do it. But the truck it self is more-or-less finished.

So, this is my first build that I post here. I like building trucks and fiddling around with them, so the moment I saw the 6753 truck, I knew i had to build it. However, Im still thinking that there is something missing, so if any of you has suggestions, feel free to post them. Also any tips on improving the design are welcome too. Hi, i'm new here so I hope i'm not doing anything wrong =) but here is one connection that works IRL but not in LDD =( the motor (58120) wont attach even though it should. the problem seems to be brick next to the base of it. hope I explained it well enough.
