Honestly, the 2018/20 sets are best for their exteriors and the 2021/22’s are better for interiors. The old ones have crazy small interiors in some cases (think Astronomy Tower!) and the new ones look nothing like the movie version or even book descriptions (again, see Astronomy Tower 🤯) Major props to anyone who has combined these.😵‍💫

Even though details and pictures are yet to come, I am well-pleased by this list. 2022 and Lego are still doing Harry Potter. All is well. 😎

Well, it never rains but it pours. (At least in Michigan). Bought the Chamber of Secrets set, got a Friends polybag, a scuba guy polybag, that weird little multi colored plane GWP, the HP Dorm and the Hermione study desk. Wheeeee!

I understand your point, but still find it odd. The opportunity is there in either case to provide an instructor associated with the location. (The Yule Ball doesn’t belong at the Clock Tower after all, but I guess that’s poetic license, considering.)

LEGO is bizarre on this point. We got a Clock Tower hospital wing with no Pomfrey, an Astronomy Tower with no Sinistra. Amazing the Flying Lesson comes with Hooch!😑

Don’t know how well this would sell, but I’d love to see it, and yes, I would be partial to buying my own house as I did for the Moments sets. But it would be a great way to get house-specific characters.

The wish lists just make me cry.😞 How wonderful if any of them come true.🤩🤯 To me, this just seems like LEGO is leaving cash on the table. We’re pretty much a guaranteed sale. I wonder how the sales figures of the buildable figures and the Icon set will wind up compared to the 2018/20 wave…?
