  1. Yes not a problem for them to refund the torso.
  2. I have the same story on my side... Noted as shipped and nothing in the order. Customer Service can't resend them as no restock date They only say that according to their data the part is planned to stay in production until 2023...
  3. Oh they are extraordinary on that one tbh.... They charged the parts while not sending them, and now as they can't recreate an order for them as they don't have any restock date So I have a case open and I have to call them time to time... But apparently the part should be produced util 2023, but we never know with them so I think I will let 1 month or so of trial and then ask for refund. Also have an extra order with that reference from before that did not ship yet, so we will see...
  4. I repeat myself but I think it depends a lot on the customer advisor... Also they can only add them to an order them if they have a date of restock. I ordered the following parts the 17th March when everything was on backorder: Received everything today except the space torsos (yep a mistake...). Now they are again out of stock without any restock date, so it will be a fun time to try to catch them But I got an extra BF torso
  5. Have one of 11th February, all parts in stock at order time. Still no shipping notice. But as said many parameters can affect the shipping speed.
  6. now I have to pray that they deliver my black falcon parts and my orange spaceman army But I think I have a chance since he even managed to give me the restocking dates of the different parts. fingers crossed
  7. Hey, I was a bit following the forum in "submarine" and I take today the opportunity to join the community I really think that B&P rules are not always the same... Last week an agent told me it was impossible to backorder parts, and today I had a small issue with a new set and at the same time I took the opportunity to ask again if it was possible to backorder parts. This time the reply was "yes no problem". Maybe he was super kind to let me do so and made it as a apologies for the set issue. But anyway sometimes it's a bit strange with TLG... So I have ordered few "out of stock" parts as for example the famous BF torso / legs (10 pcs / each are enough for me). Now let's cross the fingers they all arrives.
