  1. I'm still a little surprised we haven't seen any leaks yet. I mean, the toy fairs are closed, but that doesn't mean Lego can't release any information digitally, right? So the sets are probably something for a movie or TV show. Maybe it is for CC S2? JP3? Maybe even for that short Lego film they released last fall? I guess we'll find out soon.
  2. 1. Good point. The biggest dinosaur I'm expecting for that is Velociraptor. Although, after last year, they might do something different. 2. It really is a little early for speculation. I'm just hoping we get some new dinosaurs this year, like a Parasaurolophus, Stegosaurus, Sinoceratops, Allosaurus, Spinosaurus, or Pachycephalosaurus.
  3. Not in 2019, though (at least not as adults). I would love to see a JP 3 colored Male Velociraptor with quills on its head. If this line is for JP 3... 76939 - Compy Assault - $19.99 - 129 pieces - 2 Minifigs, 3 Compys, 1 Wrecked Tanker Truck, 1 Compy Launcher, 2 Opening Bushes 76940 - Pteranodon Attack - $29.99 - 198 pieces - 2 Minifigs, 1 Pteranodon, 1 Baby Pteranodon, 1 Parasail, 1 Collapsing Catawalk, 1 Platform, 1 Nest 76941 - Velociraptor Lab Ambush - $39.99 - 240 pieces - 3 Minifigs, 2 Velociraptors, 1 Old Laboratory, 1 New Molded Dino Fetus, 2 Exploding Stasis Tubes 76942 - 76942 - Spinosaurus Face-Off - $69.99 - 308 pieces - 4 Minifigs, 1 Spinosaurus, 1 Boat (with cage), 1 Large Crane
  4. We already kind of have a semi-aquatic dinosaur: Baryonyx. But getting a Spino would be great! I'd like to save 76942 for Spino (if that's what it is) and save 75941 for a potential large herbivore, like Sinoceratops, Nasutoceratops, Stegosaurus, or Parasaurolophus. The prices, your idea takes place, would probably be $20, $30, $50, and $70. It is a little early to speculate, but this is what Lego would probably do: 76939 - Pteranodon Helicopter Pursuit - $19.99 - 129 pieces - 2 Minifigs, 1 (JP3 colored) Pteranodon, 1 Helicopter, 1 Small Laborotory, 1 Net-Launcher 76940 - Gentle Giant's Petting Zoo (?) - $29.99 - 198 pieces - 4 Minifigs (2 adults, 2 children), 1 Baby Apatosaurus, 1 Baby Triceratops (or Sino), 2 Baby Gallimimus (baby dinos), 2 Large Paddocks, 1 Quad 76941 - Sinoceratops Encounter - $49.99 - 240 pieces - 2 Minifigs, 1 Sinoceratops, 1 Small Building, 1 Gyrosphere, 1 Quad 76942 - Spinosaurus Face-Off - $69.99 - 308 pieces - 4 Minifigs, 1 Spinosaurus, 1 Boat (with cage), 1 Large Crane I'm still really not sure about 76940. I think it is $30, but what dinosaur would it contain? Velociraptor is a little unlikely, because they did one last year. What do you think?
  5. Too bad. Could we expect 2 in the $40 set like 75920...?
  6. Ha ha! Although it did appear as a corpse in a NON-deleted scene (lava chase scene). I made my own using epoxy and a bootleg Lego-compatible Triceratops. It actually looks a lot better than I thought it would. If the rumors are true, and we do see a Pyroraptor in Dominion, I'd love to see 2 of them in the $30 set instead. It would be based on the small dilophosaurus mold, but no frills or crests, just a short crest of feathers on its head, some on its arms, and a plume on its tail. Unlikely, but awesome!
  7. If your idea appears this year: 76942 - Spinosaurus Face-Off - $69.99 - 308 pieces - 4 Minifigs, 1 Spinosaurus, 1 Boat (with cage), 1 Large Crane $70 would be an expected price to ask, but it would only have 308 pieces. Of course it would contain a new dinosaur, but it just would seem too small, with only 3 big items. I would only buy the Spino, so it wouldn't greatly affect me . I still think your idea is great, though, and it is personally my favorite!
  8. Awesome! You guys did a good job! I hope to get a Peloroplites next year in that $29.99 set if it is in Dominion.
  9. Lucca is indomitably the best! Although if Lego made an Allosaurus, an Indominus body would not look very good on one. I would rather go with a Baryonyx or new body. If we do get an anniversary set (like 75932 and 75941) it probably won't be too big, considering the largest set is only $50 or $60. But I would love to get a Spinosaurus as a JP 3 set!
  10. I know! I wonder if they are going to do an anniversary set for BaBR for 76942, like they did with Indominus vs. Ankylosaurus. It is unlikely, but if they did, here's how it would look: 76942: Battle at Big Rock - $79.99 - 308 pieces - 4 Minifigs (plus the Baby), 1 Allosaurus, 1 Nasutoceratops, 1 Baby Nasutoceratops, 1 RV, 1 Falling Tree, 1 Cookout Stove Knowing Lego, the price would be around $70 or $80 (depending if they use a Baryonyx body for the Allo), but I would just buy the dinos separately.
  11. I'm curious as to see if 76941 includes a new ceratopsian (sinoceratops, nasutoceratops), like 5885 in the Dino line in 2012. It would of course be $49.99 for only 240 pieces, but hey, I just buy the dinosaurs if I don't like the set. It wouldn't be too big, but if these sets were based on CC, that is what I might expect Lego to make. I'd still want to save 76942 for a potential large carnivore, just for nostalgia's sake.
  12. Just a postulated estimate. I don't know what it is, but I would like to see CC sets soon. That means more herbivores (probably) and a possible rejuvenated raptor from 2015 for us. What would you like to see most, even though you already know the sets, or are you happy with the dinosaurs in this line?
  13. Too bad. Maybe an updated Carnotaurus if it is Camp C? I can't think of any other large carnivores (except Rex, Indominus, and Bary) that are in CC... maybe a new large herbivore for 76942?
  14. Oh. I was kinda hoping Cerato would get some love, because if we were to see any new carnivores this year, that would be my preference. An Allosaurus would be cool as well, but I don't know what it would look like.
  15. BTW, is Cerato the new bad guy? Toro is definitely unforgettable, but I just can't see him appearing in any of the new sets if they are for Camp C. I think Cerato would be a little more likely unless they update Toro to be smaller.
  16. Wow, you did a good job! You had me fooled for a second! It was a cool set overall, with new dinosaurs and okay play value, I just bought the dinosaurs individually. It makes sense that they would charge $100 for it, I just wanted the dinosaurs. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. If there is a new Pteranodon in one of these sets (most likely 76939), what color would you guys like to see? Personally I'd like to see a JP 3 variant with movie-accurate skin tone.
  17. Then maybe just one large herbivore. Here's a revised version involving all of these options: 76941 - Ankylosaurus Encounter - $49.99 - 240 pieces - 2 Minifigs, 1 Ankylosaurus, 1 Gyrosphere, 1 Small Building, 1 Quad 76941 - Sinoceratops Encounter - $49.99 - 240 pieces - 2 Minifigs, 1 Sinoceratops, 1 Gyrosphere, 1 Small Building, 1 Quad 76941 - Parasaurolophus Encounter - $49.99 - 240 pieces - 2 Minifigs, 1 Parasaurolophus, 1 Gyrosphere, 1 Small Building, 1 Quad 76941 - Stegosaurus Encounter - $49.99 - 240 pieces - 2 Minifigs, 1 Stegosaurus, 1 Gyrosphere, 1 Small Building, 1 Quad I'd want to save the 308 piece one for a potential large carnivore, like Ceratosaurus or Allosaurus (or an updated Toro), so I'd be inclined to pay $50 to $60 for one of these sets, if they included new dinosaurs
  18. I just mean a combination of TWO dinosaurs with any of these options, not ALL of them together... although that would be neat.
  19. Is this official? I hope so! But I could stand to see more details on another one. The only details on the last one were only on the head and legs. Wish there were some on the flank. Hey, I just got an idea... 76942 - Dinosaur Stampede - $79.99 - 308 pieces - 2 Minifigs, A combination of either Ankylosaurus, Parasaurolophus, Sinoceratops, or Stegosaurus, 1 Gyrosphere, 1 Small Building, 1 Jeep or Quad I think that price and amount of pieces for what you get are fair. I would just buy it for the dinos (as would everyone else, probably).
  20. If this new wave is Camp Cretaceous, here are my thoughts... 76939 - Pteranodon Attack - $19.99 - 129 pieces - 2 Minifigs, 1 Pteranodon, 1 Small Building, 1 Quad 76940 - Velociraptor Seige - $29.99 - 198 pieces - 2 Minifigs, 1 Velociraptor (Maybe a rejuvenated Blue, Delta, Charlie, or Echo?), 1 Small Building, 1 Collapsing Cage Wall 76941 - Sinoceratops Encounter - $49.99 - 240 pieces - 2 Minifigs, 1 Sinoceratops, 1 Gyrosphere, 1 Small Outpost Building 76942 - Toro's Escape - $59.99 - 308 pieces - 3 Minifigs, 1 (Updated) Carnotaurus, 1 Large Enclosure, 1 Red/Grey Vehicle Thing OR... 76942 - Ceratosaurus Breakout - $59.99 - 308 pieces - 3 Minifigs, 1 Ceratosaurus, 1 Large Enclosure, 1 Red/Grey Vehicle Thing I unfortunately have not seen Camp C yet, but I hope to soon, and I am just going off of what I know.
  21. Well, they've done a pretty good job on it, since they make so much money off of it; a good marketing ploy, if I may say so myself.
  22. If this line features random sets inspired by movie scenes like last year (75941, to name... the only one), then could we get a set with Lowery this year? It isn't impossible, but it sure is unlikely.
  23. Hot diggity dog!! I hope to see a bearded Alan Grant and Ian Malcolm
  24. No, it's okay; it isn't your fault. But it is nice to get to talk to other people every so often. It must be terrible to have to work night shifts with covid, I'm so sorry!
  25. Thanks... All I can say is that school is rough.
