    No have one move hub and tried this on two Android devices

    I have the firmware 2.0.00.0017 too and installed the app new... nothing :(

    Yes I know the window but since this day the move hub won't do anything. It don't connect to the handheld too... App version is 1.9.6 Where can I see the firmware version? Only if it's connected?

    This two light grey boxes don't appear in my window :-(

    I tried this but in the window nothing appears, it's empty :-(

    I've tested it... Nothing happens... I have to hold the green button to keep the light blinking, if I release the button, the Light goes off.

    That's my other problem... if I press the green button 10seconds, then the blinks only purple and doesn't changes the color :-(

    I changed the batteries twice and there was no update :-(

    Hello, we got a Lego boost as a christmas present and the first days everything was fine. We build the robot and the guitar, yesterday we tried the cat and the move hub won't start anymore. When I press the green button, the white light flashes and after 5 seconds it turned in steady green. Then 5 seconds later the white light flashes and the hub goes off. I tried this with 2 compatible devices... I tried to reset the move hub by pressing the green button 10 seconds, the light blinks in violett and doesn't change the color like in the troubleshooting manual. Has anyone an idea how to solve this? Thanks Robin
