Just to clarify, because some people have been asking why I chose a European theme, I chose it because Stadler flirts in the USA are rare, and in part demanding liveries, also I wanted to build a Stadler Flirt 1, which we don't get in the USA.

Hi, I didn’t really make it too specific in that post, but technically he isn’t fully working, like he’s not a full employee, hes really doing a very long internships. he’s doing some aeronautical engineering stuff at university and is getting experience with the stuff, he is mainly doing the stuff with jet engines, but when he first applied for the internship they had him working with trains, which’s was a few years ago. So no he doesn’t work with trains anymore. The main reason he got me into the trains is because when he was working on finishing a loco, the other people let me have a good look at it.

Hi so yes, I am currently living in the USA, but I was born in the UK and like half of me is Swedish, so I'm pretty much European, which is way I build from that region. I live in NJ, so there aren't many close LTC's near me, and I'm too busy to attend sadly. So, I do not plan to build another at the moment, because I'm low on parts. I like to build all kinds of trains. But trains aren't my main passion, I'm much bigger into aviation, the main reason I like trains is because I think there pretty cool, and also because my brother works for General Electric. I'm mainly just building this for fun, and it helps relieve stress. But it will probably be my last big Lego project, at least for the next few years, because soon I will be learning and most likely failing to fly planes. also here is the post from Ashi's topic So, I designed this in real bricks. I am currently waiting on some orders from brick link and LEGO direct, which should get here in a few weeks. I also have changed the colors of the flirt into a blue and white MAV H-Start theme. I haven't had much time lately due to my calculus teacher giving me so much work (why???) so I can't do the snot doors yet. Specs of the train: -In total its 148 studs long, around 4 feet Ish. -8 wide -11 bricks and 1 plate tall excluding the pantograph. -motorized with LEGO POWERED UP -One motor at one end (another on the way - and can navigate normal r40 Lego track and normal stock switches. -In newer MAV color scheme Again, thanks for the replies, have an amazing day!

Hello Everyone, today I am sharing my first rendition of a DB Stadler flirt 1, made in Lego, this is still a work in progress, so any comments, critics, or anything else is greatly appreciated.
