Falcon fan has to know something about the D2C if he’s already making bets on eating a hat. No one would make a crazy bet like that if they aren’t confident on what they are betting on. So Gringotts this year is definitely unlikely. I thought we were better than that EB!

Why would DH fig of Hermione leak when it’s very obvious that we aren’t getting any DH sets this year. FAKE!!!!!

Cause it’s mean to be a full chess board that can be played like a regular chess set. It was always gonna be too big since other sets weren’t designed with the big chess set in mind.

Connecting with Hogwarts isn’t the issue I’m questioning. I’m just wondering why people think this set will have a side build or wall to connect to hogwarts. Piece count is high but not high enough for any sort of side build that isn’t the brick built chess and pieces. If this was still the D2C then I wouldn’t question the inclusion of a side build but it’s not and I’m having doubts.

You don’t make crazy bets if you aren’t confident in what your betting. He might not have all the info of the D2C but what he does have might allude to it not being Gringotts.

But FalconFan must know something about the D2C to make his hat eating comment. Honestly, if falconfan is making claims of eating a hat if the D2C set is Gringotts then that tells me it probably isn’t.

I’m keeping my expectations in check cause I’ve been disappointed before. This is pure speculation talk: If we were to get Gringotts this year then it possible that it will be based on SS/PS to fit more with the anniversary sets.

If Chess set ain’t the D2C then expect “Gringotts is the D2C set” posts from now until we get actual leaks on the sets.

So this would also mean that Chess isn’t the D2C

Let’s lower expectations on the potential news we might get. Inb4 it’s just changes in prices and majority of the info stays the same.

I don’t see us getting any august leaks until the June was is announced or close to being announced. All the preliminaries that we all saw were from 1HY catalog given to stores. It’s definitely way to early for any 2HY catalog leaks since they probably aren’t being handed to stores this soon. There is no patterns when it comes to leaks and just cause June sets prelims leaked doesn’t mean that august wave ones will. Leaks are so random that no one can predict them.

At least these characters got new prints and face prints. Doesn’t excuse the fact that Mrs. Weasley shares the same head as Helga Hufflepuff and why bellatrix doesn’t have at least a front dress print. Most of the “inaccuracies” of 2021 figs you listed are mostly nitpicking but still miles better than the bare minimum we got last year.

Most of the characters in the Burrow were inaccurate to the scene it was based on. Younger cast in Diagon Alley definitely had inaccurate prints to the film. Mrs. Weasley got two figs with no print on dress or even a new face print. Bellatrix had reused head but was saved thanks to the CMF series. It just seems like more effort was put into the figs accuracy in the 2021 June wave.

The figs ( so far) are absolutely way better than last years in terms is quality and accuracy. Just shows that the designers actually care about the theme and actually putting effort. Inb4 people reply with, “ and what about the builds”

No price, price count or set number was leaked. It was just word of mouth that another FRIENDS set was coming this year.

LEGO taking revenge for all the HP fans that hated the brickbuild Hedwig set. Maybe if y’all said nicer things about the set then maybe LEGO would have made DH wave this year. / s In all honesty, this is just the company wanting to try new things and I don’t mind it. It’s obvious that DH wave is coming either next year or 2023 but we will get it regardless of anything that happens this year.

Literally half of the August wave has been revealed to be brickbuild object, creatures and animals. I think it’s safe to assume that the rest of the sets won’t be standard play sets. It’s looking to be a brickbuild wave for Harry Potter in August. I wouldn’t be surprised if Hooch came in a remembrall brick build set.
