Did not find anyone who has separated Axl's upper torso so I did it myself and decided to post the results here since this thread showed up first in my searches. -the print abruptly ends right where you can not see it anymore, at least on the yellow variant - haven't slashed any others. -normal minifig torso is glued to the upper one at the top - tip of the neck and top of body. here's a link to a photo album I made on flickr:
