  1. You should check out this YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCVEzrznNd0zMC2e5abYqniQ/featured. He uses LEGO and other building blocks for his warbands and terrain. I was only recently introduced to Frostgrave and am also thinking about using LEGO minifigures as my warbands, since I don't have miniatures yet. LEGO also seems great for terrain, because you can easily reconfigure everything.
  2. That is true, but I assume it will be easier right now to get traction, since the site is not super popular just yet. I also hope that the LEGO employees will browse through all suggested worlds and not just the ones that are trending on the first page. I really like your world by the way :D
  3. Yeah, the page is really fun. It definitely has a lot of potential.
  4. Hello everyone, I have just discovered the website "LEGO world builder". Similar to LEGO Ideas, it seems like the website has great potential to show LEGO that we care about historic themes. On the website you can submit an idea for a LEGO world and your idea might get chosen as a real LEGO theme. You can also collaborate with creators on their worlds. If many historic/fantasy inspired worlds are created the chances are that one of them might get picked by LEGO eventually. I am really exited about boardgames, DnD, and LEGO, so I started a world inspired by those themes. The idea is that a few kids meet up to play an RPG and then magically get trapped in the world (kind of like Jumanji). They have to find different parts of an emblem to escape from the game. The setting would be a fantasy realm with dwarves, elves, orcs,... You would be able to actually play a DnD-like game with the sets of the theme (the sets will be modular, have a grid base, etc.). I am thinking about simplified rules of the boardgame Gloomhaven. A Game Master would not be needed. Each player would have 2 dice (one for movement, one for attack). The dice would be the same as the ones from old LEGO boardgames with replaceable tiles, which means if a player levels up he could add a stronger attack to his die... That is the general concept so far. Since you are able to collaborate on a world, I would be happy if I could get a few people that like the idea and would want to collaborate with me on the world. I am especially looking for some lore for the fantasy world. Here is the link to my world: "LEGO Role Play Adventures" In general I would also be happy to just see more fantasy/historic worlds on the website. Let me know what kind of worlds you guys create.
