Of course they do! If an octopus exists, why can't a giraffe?
I'm not sure I understand being voted for fluffy contributions on Day One. There's no evidence for us to go on and there's nothing for us to do besides take a shot in the dark against someone. I picked Maddock. Do I think he's scum? I don't know, it's possible. These votes on me for voting for Maddock are, quite frankly, ridiculous. Nobody should be defending anyone on Day One, unless these people know something I don't know.
Because the people voting for me don't seem to think I'm scum, but are voting for me because they don't like my reasoning for voting for Maddock. I'll stress again that it's only Day One and nobody should have any information about other players besides the scum. What makes my vote on Maddock more suspect then say:
Wyeth voting for someone for being late to the game?
or
Hayleigh voting for someone for "being suspicious" and providing no other reasoning?
or
Fergus voting for someone for "being unhelpful"?
My vote for Maddock is just as unfound and uninformed as anyone elses today. We're required to vote and we've got nothing to go on. Every Day One people argue, propose, and do the same thing. There's the no-lynchers, there's the people who want to appear active, there's the people that want to seem as though they've found the scum based on a few posts, and finally there's the people that are trying to wait for a later day when more information comes around.
Hey! Look at that over there! There's a baby dragon! And a man playing a tuba! Did I miss that? Gosh, I need to pay better attention to things like that.
