Disney Properties 2023 - Rumors & Discussion

I think someone already pointed this out, but I don't think Disney will celebrate their 100 anniversary exclusively on 2023. I can definetly see them doing a few more waves next year, maybe even the following one if they do really well. There's a nonzero chance of it happening! -
You know, I wasn't a fan of the Raider sets at first, but I definetly ended up warming at them. They just have a lot of sould to them, you know?

Got me there My takeaway from what they said was that none of them are happening at all, Snow White just doesnt fit on the scheduled sets and Maleficient would need to be significantly reduced to fit in any of the upcoming sets. -

The game comes out in May, so if the set were to come alongside it we would already know -

I like him, he's basically the living embodyment of the forum -
I mean, sure. I guess if we were to get a Lego Mario game it would be developed by a different company. Mario is Nintendo's mascot, so they'd want a developer closer to them, especially considering TT's track record.

Yes -
No way they do a Super Mario videogame. Like there is exactly 0 chance Nintendo lets TT do a game with the Mario IP.

Okay, in case any of you wanted to know, here's my breakdown of the characters: Mickey Mouse: I mantain he should've gotten mid legs in order to be more size accurate, but I've long accepted it's too late to go back. Nevertheless, I do like it and will definetly get one. Pinocchio: What could I say about the best Disney movie? Of course I'm going to get this one. Could definetly use bigger eyes, but I'm not too concerned about it. He looks cute, in a way. Jiminy Cricket: He looks extremely ugly, I love it. I think he should've come as a microfigure alongside Pinocchio, but having him as a regular minifigure is very cool, as he is pretty much in 1:1 scale with the real deal. Stitch: Don't particularly care for him? He looks alright, but I don't think we needed another one, specially with the lack of Lilo. Pocahontas: I have not seen the movie, but I think she looks alright. I'm just glad we're getting more skin tones for customs. Cruella: It's insane how much better she looks with the cloth piece. I'm getting 2 of those, one to keep as Cruella and another one to make a custom Frank-N-Further. Ernesto de la Cruz: One of the best looking miniifigures I've ever seen. I love it so much. Just perfect. Oswald: I get he's important and everything, but I don't see why he deserves CMF treatment. It's just dualmolded legs and a printed torso, nothing we couldn't get in a regular set. Granted, the head is a new mould but meh. Robin Hood: Extremely cute, will go great to display on the Lion Knights castle alongisde... Prince John: Such a minimalistic face, yet it works perfectly. The body itself is also perfectto make curstom figures. Can't complain about those two. Tiana: Man, I Love Frogs. Dr Faciller: He looks pretty good! Would've liked a better cane, but I still like it. Would've also liked to get the skeleton mask, tho. Queen of hearts: This is probably the only one I don't like, but the heart piece in red looks very good. Aurora: You guys are on crack, she looks amazing. If you don't like her just pretend she's peach or something. I'm definetly getting her. Baymax: Still haven't seen the movie, but he looks cute. I won't actively hunt for him, but if I find one I'll probably buy it. Mulan: Could've done with another straw of hair covering part of her face, like in the movie, but still lovely. Miguel: The dog looks like a hyena, but besides that I really like it. Very minimalistic. Evil Queen: She looks perfect. No way the printed version looks as good, but I hope she does. I also love the dual side cape, we should get more of those. -
Tbh, the only one of those I could see actually happening is Wario. Nintendo has a history of ignoring Waluigi, and I can't picture buying a 60€ set because it has Daisy on it.

I don't see it happening because there's just not enough pieces there to make 2 buildable figures, let alone 3 -

Batman: The Brave and The Bold (2008) supremacy. To be fair, I don't need *him* to be a comedian, actually having him play it totally straight during wacky scenarios is even better. Nothing to add, I just really liked this one I do think we'll get a fair amount of figures, but doing a 100€ set with 1 minifigure doesn't sound like something Lego wouldn't do
-
I mean, if they wanted to, they could still make something so the builds lf minifigure sets were able to be used as Amiibos or some stupid gimmick like that.
-
I swear, they do any of this and I buy the set day one. Batman it's at his best when he's lighthearted and fun, and Lego is the perfect medium to represent that. Batman, Bruce Wayne, Matches Malone, Bruce Wayne (as a kid), Bruce Wayne (casual clothes)

How funny would it be if all of the leaks were actually for Megabricks or another brand and Lego never actually intended to make any Indiana Jones sets at all?

Looks like something out of ninjago, if you ask me -
So... you're asking for... riddles?

Why would you put this horrible idea into my head. If this ends up happening I'm blaming you in particular (or, well, thanking you for saving me the money i guess)
