  1. The first time I’ve expressed an opinion on this site so be kind :) my wish list: •A detailed and large scale mini or micro excavator - which could include a blade, expanding tracks, boom swing, quick hitch and different bucket attachments •I think we’re due another knuckle boom crane truck and there are so many styles to choose from... but an articulated lorry with a HIAB style crane would be sweet - a bit like the Arocs b model but with a tractor unit mounted (knuckle boom) crane. •a large(ish) skid steer (wheels not tracks) with a few bucket attachments and quick hitch. Having higher speed linear actuators (with less fine threads) would make the movement a lot more realistic. • A small regional jet like a CRJ200 with retracting landing gear, steering tiller, multi stage flaps, moving ailerons, rudder, elevators, horizontal stabiliser jack screw, and opening passenger and cargo doors. I think that for the primary controls some kind of unpowered hydraulics using the mini hydraulic cylinders would work pretty well (I’ve found them watertight if you fill them up with de-ionized water and use one to push and pull the other) and save a lot of space, but I’m guessing TLG wouldn’t go for it, plus it might be more fun to make it with linkages. The jack screw and flaps would be more faithfully represented with linear actuators anyway.
