Thanks guys! Yeah the night time pictures turned out awesome! And Maciej his station was the perfect place to take the photo's!
-
Yup it is! Thanks! And there's still a long way to go!
-
Thanks! Yeah it was a insane amount of work to get it right. But once they where all lit up it was worth every minute of work! Thanks! And the backstory is growing every time I take it with me to shows!
-
Most of the signals are from the Noppenbahnen guys. It was a colab layout at Schkeuditz from multiple international LEGO train builders. Thanks for the compliment!

Thanks! And there's still so much to do to get it done

Last weekend I took the Bahnbetriebswerk to LEGO eisenbahntreffen at Schkeuditz. Did find a number of points for transporting that I really need to work at, but it was a pleasure to take it with me to the event. This took me a lot of time and energy to finish it at the last minute. But there are over 100 LED's lighting up my Lego Trans Europ express. Everything from cabine lights to table lamps are fitted with LED's. I use cheap Aliexpress LED's all the wiring and connecting is custom made/done. And there a lot of hours in doing that. The pictures that are featured in this post are from the Lego eisenbahntreffen in Schkeuditz. There are multiple amazing layouts including one from Maciej Drwięga, UrbanErwin and noppenbahnen. This selection of photos all feature my SSN 01 1075 at the lego eisenbahn treffen in Schkeuditz. It was an amazing opportunity to take this loco to this event and trough all these layouts. The loco ran with a few minor problems which are now on my to do list. Trains, layouts and more in these pictures are from, Maciej Drwięga , Noppenbahnen, Pieter Post, UrbanErwin, Jelle Wentink Tamás de Groot and Thomas / Ts__. Thanks! Yeah a LEGO turntabe and roundhouse are a couple of the biggest projects you can inmagine. On the section that I built which already has a roof there are over 2000 1x4 black tiles on the roof itself.
-
Haven't got that much space left😅. It will be in storage and at public events for most of it's life time!
-
80 studs is the length of each section. 11th track is just in! One more to go and than it's time to built some walls!
-
Well there is some progress. Bit slower than planned. 8 tracks in. 4 to go😅 by Enrico Lussi, on Flickr Progress on the LEGO roundhouse and turmtanle. 8 tracks are in, 4 to got. Once it's finished it will be the biggest roundhouse out there....

Let's spin some loco's around. Really looking foward to the first event where I'm able to use this!! by Enrico Lussi, on Flickr A short demo of the turntable in action. Really looking foward to use this at a event!! Next up! Expanding the roundhouse from 3 to 6 tracks.
-
Did some building this weekend. Currently really close on finishing the turntable. Just some small holes to fill here and there, than I will be able to add more tracks to the roundhouse itself!
-
Just some lbg tiles which are placed in a angle and attached to the r40 circle. I haven't really posted anything recently about my turntable and roundhouse. Been extremly busy the last few days. I did manage to put some work into the scenery around the turntable and small portion of the roundhouse. Next up are some small details for the scenery, the details behind the roundhouse and than the interieur.
