I’m very pleased with the design of the Razor Crest and will definitely be picking it up. However, I do have a question. Is the Razor Crest going to be the only reveal for NYTF or will there be more?

It’s crazy how we know almost everything about sets that are several months away from releasing but we know almost nothing about the fourth April set. But I think that we will get pics of the set from NYTF which is just around the corner!

You have a point... but to be honest, the Soulless One is way too over priced but I’m sure that the actual quality of what is in the set is good. It comes down to whether or not you’re in favor of quantity over quality or vice-versa to determine whether or not you think this wave is good, in my opinion.

Wait so is the final April wave set really cancelled? This would be such a huge let down because that would eliminate any possibility of getting a duel on Exegol set. Please tell me this is false.

Yes, you’re correct. We should get all of the details in due time but the April set might not leak considering we are going to find out about it at the end of this week.

I want to discuss something I haven’t heard anybody talk about. Do you all think that Lego will make new force lightning pieces like they made new pieces for the superhero theme? In TROS, palpatine’s lightning shoots way farther than just a few feet and I feel like Lego could start including new pieces for that.

Eh. They could do that but it’d be a bit of a stretch to say that the head mould for the guards would work for the space chimp. Remember that the chimp has that piece of technology on his face. I’m sure you can find a picture of him or a clip with him in it on YouTube for reference. It seems highly unlikely that Lego would go out of their way to make a new head mould for this character but I think they’d have to do it anyways if they wanted to include the space chimp. Besides, he makes more sense in this set than two stormtroopers.

It could happen but it wouldn’t make a whole lot of sense considering Chewy was put in a First Order Troop Transport and not the night buzzard but Lego might do it anyways. Good idea

Do you think that we could get the two knights of ren, Kylo, and the space chimp? It would be difficult for Lego to create a new mound for a character that has so little screen time but it would make sense considering Kylo gets his helmet repaired with his knights. Right after that scene, you see the night buzzard as the knights fly to the star destroyer in the movie. Just speculating.

I wasn’t aware of this but maybe try to DM him. Don’t force info out of him but just try to ask him about that and he might respond. However, I don’t know how true this would be because we aren’t supposed to be getting any Mandalorian sets during summer so I would think it’d be the same for April.

It was probably meant to be revealed at the toy fair next week. The only thing we don’t know anything about for the April wave is the fourth set but it’ll probably be shown off at New York Toy Fair. Also, I doubt that Lego will show off any of the summer sets but it’s a possibility. With the leaking of the brickheadz, there probably won’t be that much revealed at toy fair which is unfortunate.

Well I’m not too sure if those supposed “leaks” are real release dates for the Skywalker Saga video game but they could be. Regardless, Palpatine had a pretty big role in this movie and so I feel like Lego can’t just leave him out. They have to do a set with him in it and the duel on Exegol set would make the most sense. Also, the previous throne room type set was around $70 if I’m not mistaken.

@jdubbs You mentioned earlier that there is another set that you said was guessed correctly on a wishlist. I was wondering if this set was the att or if the set you’re referring to has been leaked yet.

Wait so is the summer wave coming out after the advent calendar which is listed for like September or August on certain websites? If this is the case, there will be a bigger gap than expected between April wave sets and summer sets.

I really hope so. It would line up with all of the hints that have been dropped and whatever it might be, we’ll probably see it at the toy fair next week.

I do not know as much as some other people on these forums but I do know some stuff so I’m going to speculate about the April wave. We don’t know what the fourth set is but I think it’ll be the throne room set from TROS. Let me explain, the Skywalker saga video game could release before the summer wave gets revealed and typically the video games are based on actual mini figures and set builds so I don’t think that they would release the game before that set. Also, most of the summer wave sets are supposed to be prequel era based.

So we know that this wave is going to have prequel era sets. We also now know that there is an AT-AT coming out from the original trilogy. Is there going to be anything sequel trilogy related or not? Just curious

You’re probably right about the summer wave but what about the April wave? In years past we usually get some reveals for Star Wars at NYTF so I don’t know why we wouldn’t get any this year. If they weren’t going to reveal the April wave at the toy fair then it’d be pretty disappointing but we’ll just have to wait and see.
