I just received it today, bought of eBay knowing it was Open Box - was trying to verify that everything was present and found your posting. Going back upstairs to take a closer look shortly (especially the Label 2 bags)

Just trying to answer the same question myself...... I have the same number of bags as you appear to have: Label 1 - 7 Label 2 - 6 Label 3 - 11 UnLabeled - 1 (the long pieces bag) I read the 2008 review - near the bottom (I read the first and last pages) there was a comment that the original poster included the smaller, unlabeled bags, inside the larger bags in their count. This, plus your posting, would seem to indicate to me that we probably have complete sets. I was going to look a little more closely at the bags to see if the smaller, rarer, parts were visible.
