I found an app that turn pictures into LEGO mosaics and list all the parts you need. So I’ll give that a try instead of mandalas.

Yes, that type of thing but without building a picture as that’s a bit complicated for me. Great suggestion to use tiles and flat pieces. Thanks for your help.

I’d like to have a go at making a sort of mandala out of LEGO but maybe square rather than a circle , just easy ones to start with using pics, used for colouring, I’ve found online as guides. I don’t have a lot of LEGO yet so can anyone recommend what types of LEGO would be best? Tiles or blocks...maybe a mixture?

Yes, the MOCs are amazing I'm very much a beginner but I love the process and even the very basic camera from classic 10698 which I made today (my first build ever) was such a joy and it’s the most beautiful thing in the world to me lol. Hi everyone. I never really paid much attention to LEGO as a kid, my brother had lots but I’ve never really played with it much as I was more into My little pony hehe! But recently I’ve really wanted to have a go at building things, so I’ve decide to buy a big box of bricks (10698 LEGO Classic) and see what my brain can come up with.
