  1. I'm just getting back into Lego, reclaiming some of my childhood, and I see that the last Pirates lineup was in 2015. Right now, it seems that licensed Lego products dominate. I'm curious, do you think we'll see another Pirates lineup anytime soon? Maybe because of nostalgia, I have a deep fondness for the actual Lego lineups more than the new stuff. I like Captain Redbeard, the blue and red coats, etc. Where do you see the future of Lego's own IP?uc browser shareit appvn
  2. With plans of picking up the Holiday Train and motorizing it, I've heard a lot of people recommend just picking up the Cargo Train (60052), since it includes all of the necessary parts, extra track, and pieces and isn't a great deal more expensive than purchasing the parts needed to motorize the Winter Train separately, however my question is why the Cargo Train and not the Passenger Train (60051)? They're effectively the same price on Amazon, is it just a matter of better parts selection in the Cargo Train?
  3. Hello everyone, I just had to post this because I was so excited. My family and I just finished sorting what we estimate to be around 600,000 bricks by color last night! We started in January when we purchased another collection and decided it was time to get everything dkt nsw in order. I have been spending 2-5 hours a night sorting parts out parts almost every single day. It was such a relief to finish the final bin of tiny parts last night. Now of course the urge to start sorting by style is taking hold...wish me luck.
  4. Throughout the entirety of the prequels, there is one thing between Anakin and Obi Wan that keeps occurring: Anakin drops his lightsaber and Obi Wan retrieves it and gives it back to him with some quip about never losing your lightsaber. Then, in their final battle on mustafar, when Obi wan strikes his final blow(from the high ground), you can see him pick up Anakins light saber off of the ground, signifying how he has finally given up on his Padawan. Rewatched it recently and I’m not sure why this stuck out to me, but thought I would share. Edit: thanks for all the comments everyone, I love the discussion! And thanks for the silver kind stranger! And holy shit gold too?!
  5. interest in Lego trains. Lack of space means his creations/layouts end up being broken up. We are planning to make a piece of our loft available to him for a permanent set up, he has lots of sets/pieces/track, so I was wondering: Has anyone got any recommendations for good resources? Subtle ways of fixing track to boards? General hints/tips? Is there a community anyone could recommend? either on Reddit or elsewhere (We are based in midlands, UK) UC browser SHAREit Appvn Thanks in advance!
