That is a good question. I don't think you're right though, because he couldn't have shared it privately before the end of the day. Only at night. So it's possible he claimed at night to the wrong person, but why would he when the lynch threat was already over? I think it's more likely we have a vig that took him out (to answer the allegiance question and therefore let us evaluate yesterday's voting). The other possibility I see is that one of the scum teams killed him, precisely to confuse us. I'm discounting that theory though, because if that were the case, someone would have been asking the question louder and earlier to get us all confused. He could be one of the ones with night talk ability, and talked to someone before the night actions were submitted. But he wouldn't have claimed at night since there would be no reason.

For the record, yes, that is indeed how I think Pierot should be pronounced. It's no less crazy than actual French pronunciations. This is bad. Haven't finished reading and digesting, but I'll jump on the bandwagon and vote? Really? Why is inventor hard to fake claim? Seems easy since you almost never have to prove it. Just say "I tried to give it but failed" or occasionally "give" an ability to a fellow scum who can then report a result (using their ACTUAL ability) and both of you look town-cleared. As for me... I'm not sure I trust this claim. But I also don't like how fast the lynch built. It felt even MORE bandwagony than yesterday's attempt on Bear. The scummiest thing I've seen today is probably Leevi's vote. I'd have voted for him early on, when it was a poke or strong comment vote, not an actual "I think he should be lynched" vote. When he already had 5-6 votes, I'm not making a poke-vote that's going to put him so close to the edge. I don't think what he said was lynch-worthy.

Yes, I do. It's coming below. Patience, Hippo. While I certainly will evaluate today's votes in relationship to votes on coming days, I'm not sure how much value there is. Everyone (scum AND town) likes to jump on a bandwagon on day 1 since there's so little else to go on. I was considering voting for you, Bear, but not for the "4 way" part of your talking today. And I don't think stating you're town in the same post was scummy either. I've said things like that in past adventures. Instead, I was going to do it for the retaliatory vote you made. However, I don't think anything you've done is actually lynch-worthy, and I don't want to be the 6th or 7th vote on you. Were there just a couple, I'd probably have voted Bear. Instead, I'm going to Vote: Huxley Horse since he hasn't bothered to show his face at all around here today.

Whew, I finally made it. Somehow after listening to the Sheepdog, I got lost on the backside of the temple. Took a while to find the rest of you again. I was going to cite the pictures as evidence for you, since in these events, the words of the Sheepdog are truth and unquestionable, but you wouldn't trust that since there's no clues in the pictures, right? At first, catching up, I thought everyone was doing the usual "nitpick one tiny thing and jump on it, since there's nothing else to do on day 1" thing about the "4 parties" comment. And we probably are. But this here is the first decent reasoning to show there might be something to it. I don't get all "woo, they are clearly scum" when someone isn't wishy washy enough in their statements. But yeah, until there's some reason to, I don't look at the monsters and hellions separately. They all need to hang. Speaking of, I need to get those gallows built...
