Maybe everyone knows by now but in case you missed it, the ice rink set is prints only! The vignettes have stickers a plenty unfortunately.

Agree that it would’ve been perfect with the selfie stick couple. Still neat though

Just realized that the photo on the wall of the vignette with the tv and the aquarium is taken in front of the red ox in the lantern festival set. A pretty cute detail

The ice rink is a really nice set. Large opal tiles for the ice, and fishes swimming underneath! It looks like both sets contain stickers? (I assume they can’t all be prints due to how many and large they are?) Bit of a shame, I liked that the last sets had (almost) no stickers

Lego’s been releasing a lot of brick-built objects as of late, maybe the CNY-set could be one as well? Especially if they’ve done most of the celebrations already…

Don’t know what I expected, but still disappointing

The set looks excellent, the images I got in my head from the rumors were nowhere near as beautiful as this! Not sure I’ll get it since I don’t really have any room to display it (and ofc it costs a pretty penny), but it’s way more tempting than I ever expected. More keen on this than the previous two d2c:s actually

Some more potential iconic objects: - the marauder’s map - a time turner - the goblet of fire - tom riddle’s diary - chocolate frogs/every-flavor beans

Brickbuilt objects might not automatically equal a bad set I think. I assume they have come up with something cooler than a wooden stick (wand). What if it was a large marauder’s map for example? $250 means a lot of pieces after all, especially if there aren’t any minifigs

The dutch lego site didn’t ship within Europe :( Any other tips for ordering the cmf in Europe? I’ve only found some British site, but it was significantly more expensive (About 80 euros instead of 55)

Sorry if this has been asked before, but what’s the best way to get a full set of the new cmf without duplicates or going to a physical store? Is it possible to do now or better to wait until they are more readily available?

Looking at the sticker with the cursive text starting with a “G”, I think the first word might be “Gilderoy”. Maybe a sign advertising Lockhart’s book-signing in CoS? Really hard to tell though
