  1. Huh. It really is the end for me I guess. I might as well help the Town as much as I can on my way out by sharing my suspicions. Obviously I'm convinced Timothy is scum. When I flip Town, don't listen to a word he says. Lynch him right away. He and Bart have always been on my watch list and it's important to remember that scum buss one another to make it seem like they're not in cahoots. Especially on early days. It should be telling that Bart avoided the Lynch until he was caught blocked on a night with no kill. The scum usually hide on different sides of a bandwagon... If Timothy IS town, which I don't believe, that means Louisa is DEFINITELY scum and you should Lynch her. On top of these two obvious ones, I'm also suspicious of Gordon, because inventors are not inherently Town-Allied and an inventor having some seemingly town-oriented items might not clear him if there's a second scum team or a cult or other weirdness. Perhaps the item works differently depending on whether its given to Town or Scum? Jack is also someone I'm not sure about. I thought he was a power role because I tracked him performing an action, but maybe he and Gordon could be in cahoots? Or maybe he was the scum recipient of an item? Henry in spite of his targetting me unfairly does seem Townie to me, on the other hand. His brash gregarious and vehement nature all feel very townie to me. Nigel though worries me. Since I'm the Town Tracker, I'm very suspicious of another informative role similar to my own. Perhaps it's not impossible or even unlikely for both the Tracker and Watcher to be Town, but please... when I'm revealed as Town, WATCH HIM. Anyways, this has been interesting, and I wish you all the best of luck. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful. I face the seas bravely, true to my name, and leave you with this cheer! For though now it's my time to rest I wish you all naught but the best Fun it has been, I hope that we win Exterminate those Impish pests.
  2. Argh. Yeah see that's what I'm thinking too. In Heartlake City there was a cult which could convert players to its cause. I'm not sure how that would work in a game with so many power roles, but I think it's foolish to discount the possibility that Last night or even the last 2 nights could have been conversions to a cult. If Timothy shows up Town after I flip Town I would be very concerned about this being a possibillity. That said I think the far simpler explanation is that Timothy is the new scum killer and whatever role he's claimed is bogus. Timothy and Bart have been on my suspects list from the get-go... and one of them has already flipped scum.
  3. Flailing? I'm just annoyed that you're all voting to Lynch the tracker rather than someone who hasn't even claimed a role, and who was blocked the night there was no kill. When I show up as a Townie tomorrow I implore you to look into Timothy. If he's not scum then there must be some Cult shit going on like in Heartland city because I am NOT the scum killer. Certainly seems I made a mistake in trying to confirm Patrick. Remind me next time to blindly trust whomever an angry man in tribal warpaint tells me to trust. Oh sh-I mean... kaka. Sorry about the F-bombs. I genuinely thought they'd filter to megablucks at first. I appreciate your even-handed approach to this. I realize now that confirming Patrick was probably a bit excessively cautious of me, but I was worried nonetheless that he could be lying... especially with 2 blocking roles claimed. I had hoped to ask him privately who he targeted to see if he was honest with me before I told him my results, but it seems that nothing really went the way I expected it to and here I am, the Town Tracker, mere hours away from being Lynched. I suppose it's not all bad. Once everyone sees my affiliation you'll know that either Timothy is scum or there's something VERY out of the ordinary going on. I'm just sorry I wasn't the most helpful Tracker and got myself lynched rather than an actual Imperial.
  4. I'm not a fucking Imperial I can taste the difference between weak tea and good ol' fashioned Rum. -I wanted to make sure the Town wasn't walking into a trap. -I was going off his behavior. It's not unusually for vanilla scum to exist. They've been a feature of many games in the past. Vanilla scum exist to inherit roles, which is what I am postulating happened. Either that or the scum simply chose not to kill. -I DIDN'T TRUST HER FOR A REASON. But she is claiming to have blocked Timothy, who I have ALSO never trusted, AND since I know I'm not scum, I can therefor trust that she's not lying now and that she successfully blocked the scum killer. -I claimed in private as soon as I got the result that Patrick targeted himself. The callout occurred AFTER that, but of course I responded to that publicly. I don't feel as though I'm misrepresenting anything here, and I'm certainly not trying to misdirect.
  5. WHAT? I AM THE FUCKING TRACKER! I tracked Timothy night 1. He didn't target anyone. On night 2 I followed Jack and he targeted Nigel. I didn't want to give out my Night 2 results publicly because I didn't want the scum to know Jack was a possible PR. Is no-one paying attention? I'm only now saying those results because Jack now publicly claimed he used an item on Nigel. Wait are we allowed to curse? That's fucking cool.
  6. That's easier to believe than that I'm a tracker?
  7. As I've said before I was trying to verify his claim to prevent the Town from making a huge mistake. This was before any of us knew for certain that Bart was scum and I figured I'd trust but verify since Henry had encouraged everyone to claim to Patrick. We can't afford all that information in the wrong hands. My reasoning for thinking you're scum is that I know I'm not scum. I tracked Patrick last night and was successful. You were blocked from whatever your action may have been. There was no scum kill last night. It seems rather obvious to me that this would make YOU the scum killer. Unless the scum have some strange roles, there was a blocked scum kill last night and I know I'm not a killer, and no one else has spoken up about a protective role being used last night. Couple that with your behavior all game and it's rather clear to me that you're an imperial goon who inherited the kill. Vote: Timothy Dixon
  8. That explains what I saw night 2 then. I'm starting to agree... it seems almost everyone is a PR... and now there are masons?... something seriously fishy is going on. There's definitely liars in our midst. At this point I can't imagine both you and Louisa are on the same team together. For me I think either you are scum or Louisa is scum. Additionally Nigel's out of the blue claim is concerning me too. It seems like we've publicly outed pretty much every PR which is exactly what I was hoping to avoid by checking out Patrick last night and claiming to him in private. How so? Explain to me why a scum would try to kill the player most likely to be protected or watched? I'm not grasping at any straws here. I'm simply not scum. I needed to be sure Patrick was being truthful before claiming to him and telling him what I had learned. All this random public claiming is very disconcerting to me. I'm beginning to wonder if the scum have a role cop and got lucky figuring out the roles of ppl we've already lost.
  9. I'm still of the opinion that Timothy could well have inherited the kill. I know I'm not scum. And I know there wasn't a scum kill last night. It just makes the most sense to me that Timothy would logically be scum. He didn't do anything night 1 which doesn't mean he's not a member of the Imperials... just that he didn't have a role then. Truth be told I'm also deeply distrustful of Nigel and his claim. Watcher is typically a scum role. And it came out of nowhere...
  10. You encouraged it dingus.
  11. I tracked him because I'm a very cautious person and I didn't want to give away my role and the possible PR I tracked on night 2 just to any old person. Only the scum benefit from having so much information out in the open. Now that Bart is confirmed scum and I've also confirmed that Patrick didn't lie about his target I'm 99% convinced he's Town, but the same can't be said about you. I was pretty suspicious when you claimed out of the blue yesterday... and I didn't expect to see both a watcher and a tracker on the same side. I don't trust Nigel or Louisa thank you very much. I tracked Patrick because I saw everyone claiming to him and needed to make sure he wasn't a liar. If he, the foundation of a Town block, was a liar, no one else would be safe. It didn't seem like people were claiming to you or to Louisa though so I went with the candidate that made the most sense. I trusted Patrick more than Louisa for a number of reasons but I continue to distrust Louisa because it would appear there are two "town aligned" players that have similar roles. Obviously they're subtly different but of the two of them, I've never seen a Jailkeeper on a scum team. I changed my vote late because I was at work. I would have voted for Bart as soon as Patrick and Louisa sorted out that they have different roles. Also I don't get the compulsory voting comment. Of course people should vote.
  12. Well I didn't want to Track Timothy a second time. He did nothing night one. I'm still of the opinion he could be a mafia goon though so just because he didn't do anything then doesn't mean he has no role or significance. Since Bart was scum, Timothy could have inherited his kill, explaining the lack of a night kill tonight. I tracked Patrick last night because I wanted to be sure I could trust him and he wasn't lying. For a liar to be that deeply embedded in the Town Block would be disastrous for us. Fortunately his claim matches up with my result, so at least he's not lying about the fact that he targeted himself. This is also a nice turn of events because it lets us verify at least that Nigel isn't lying about being a watcher (or at least in talks with one) as for my night 2 results I'm not airing those publicly yet, but I really don't know if they'll be useful or not. I told them to Patrick though so I'll let him sort that out.
  13. This day has really brought twists and turns. I'm deeply distrustful of there being both a Blocker and a Jailkeeper on the same side. Normally I'd assume one of those roles is Scum, specifically the blocker... but this feels way too early for such an outrageous gambit! I agree with the concensus that one of the parties blocked should be lynched... and frankly I do trust Patrick over Louisa at this point. Even tho Timothy has been high on my list since day 1, considering the source I feel like Bart has far more potential of being scum. I'll Unvote: Louisa and Vote: Barty instead. He's been on my radar since Day 2 and since Remy was Town and that other guy was too, then it makes sense for the 3rd Day 1 candidate to have survived to be scum. That said if he's Town we've got a lot of work to do untangling these claims and the fact that so many PRs are now out in the open is kind of concerning to me.
  14. Ugh this is a lot to take in. Right now I'm leaning towards lynching Louisa in spite of her role claim which usually I'd never do because that'd be a risky gambit for a scum.. But she got counterclaimed like immediately. It seems logical to me that if Louisa is scum that that would make Timothy less likely to be scum, as well as... obviously the person claiming the protector role who used Pat as an intermediary... But if Louisa is in fact a Townie, then we know that Pat's person is scum, or Pat himself is, and also Timothy is likely one as well. This can't be endgame yet can it? this seems like a lot of information coming out all at once and we have to test it somehow. I'm going to vote Louisa and I'll retract my vote if further information comes to light.
  15. Well this is mixed bag. It sucks that Remy was town. Towards the end of the day yesterday I was convinced he was scum. That role claim was wacky and he was utterly unhelpful before that too. I'm glad to see we didn't have a night kill though. Unless there's some funny roles like bulletproof (or cult stuff I guess, but that's unlikely) or something else, this can only mean one of 2 things; The protector guarded the scum kill target, or the blocker successfully blocked the scum night killer. Hypotheticals aside, with Remy no longer in the runnings, I must say I'm still suspicious of Barty. It doesn't sit well to me that we came so close to lynching three people on day one and didn't successfully Lynch any of them... but 2 of the 3 have turned up Townies. I'm glad Timothy finally responded to my suspicions but I'm still not convinced. Something about his wishy washiness and the fact that he ignored me for so long strikes me the wrong way. That said my primary suspect is still Louisa. Her behavior shift was very noticeable and to me seems like posturing... yesterday I thought it was posturing to save Remy,... now it seems like posturing to be on the right side of history. Barring any other revelations she's got my vote.
