I hadn't read the forum recently. I came in to see what the attitudes are about the new Arkham, but the thread is full of nonsense...

I'm not a big fan of microscale builds, but 76271 Batman: The Animated Series Gotham City is amazing. The mini batmobile there is dark blue, and I was 100% sure that the 76274 Batmobile will be in dark blue too.

The set is good. Not exactly what I want and expect, but it is good :)

Just watched the new flash trailer. It's so sad that we won't get a single set for the movie with some minigures ...

Now I know, why there aren't many Batman sets this year. LEGO used all the black parts for this bust...

Few days left until SDCC. May be there, LEGO will give us some light about the 500$ set? P.S. For this price, we can get UCS Arkham Asylum :D

The classic batcave was $269.99, 249.99€ and was nothing special (my opinion). So I don't think 500$/€/£ would be enough for both detailed cave and manor. For one of them sure :)

You can easily buy all the parts for the Bat-Pod and it will cost you around 200$/euro.

May be, it's better, that we are not getting any sets at all, looking at the Marvel wave :D

I dream about modular batcave. Something like 4-6-8 sets. Еveryone can be standalone, but also they can be combine in one big Batcave. One set with the batcomputer, one set with costumes and gadjets room/platform, one set with landing pad with batwing, one set with another platform and batmobile on it, one set with waterfall and batboat, one set with another platform with taining equipment and so on :)

There are already 3 Arkham Asylums and 10937 is amazing (got 4 of them and looking for 5th, to expand it more ) . I personally prefer to see new location sets like Wayne Manor, GCPD, Ace Chemicals or Iceberg Lounge :) The £100 Penguin Submarine sounds good

From one side I'm happy, that my wallet can take a brake, but from the other I'm so sad, that we are not getting anything on January.

Great news! Now I can understand why we get fewer sets this year. LEGO is saving the best for the end of the year. :D I'm so exited to see (and get) the Batwing :)

Yeah I'm getting them all, for the collection no matter if they are good or bad. At this moment I'm missing only Shazam polybag 30623. Expecting it to arrive next week :)

I've just finish the 76160: Mobile Bat Base and I'm with mixed feelings. The cabin of the truck is so low on details (inside)... cockpit of the plane too. Also the plane don't "click" anywhere to the trailer and it's so ugly... . Tons of stickers and almost none printed parts. There isn't any stud shooters mounted at any of the vehickes o_O (this isn't a minus, nor a plus, I'm just amazed Lego missed to put stud shooters xD ). Overall the set isn't bad, but for the amount of money it cost, they can do better for sure. I'm glad atleast I got it on discount for 73 euro with the 2 other sets (76158 and 76159 for total 118 euro).

Very good build! Can you try to make it bigger and more detailed? :)

I still can't believe we are getting only 4 DC sets this year and Marvel are getting 10+ or even 15+ lost their count.

My observation through the years is that the lego sets for the DC/Marvel movies hit the shelves around 2 months before the release of the movie in cinemas. Now when everywhere the cinemas are closing, may be WB will delay the relase of WW84 and I'm wondering what will happen with the lego set? What do you think?

We are in the middle of the March and still no new info or leaks of the WW84 set. Don't know about you guys, but the curiosity in me is too damn high :D
