    It's a test brick due to the letter and yes, it's an unfinished wheel brick, part 7049... http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=7049b I have a few with the LEGO logo, but not yet with this letter. Would you mind selling or trading me one of each color? Maxx
