Please ask for support on the MindCuber Facebook page and I will do my best to help. David Gilday
If the arms stop in the middle like that there could be one of a number of issues including:
1) the motors are mounted backwards compared with the build instructions - the black "bush" connected to the motors should be at the front (I think this is correct in your video but it is hard to be sure)
2) the motors are connected to the wrong ports in the hub - please check the cables shown in the build instructions. As looking toward the face of the hub from the front, the left tilt motor should be connected to port F and the right motor tto port B.
Please check the buidl instructions carefully and let me know if wither of these points help.
Thanks
David
And please add all the elements shown in the build instructions. Some may look like they are for decoration but are functional. In particular, the bushes above the hub on either side of the scan arm are designed to hold the cables away from the scan arm so it can move freely. Please make sure the cables are routed exactly as shown in the build instructions including the color sensor cable which should be under the beam across the top of the hub.
Thanks
David
