Lego Fulcrum on Instagram just posted a pic saying that Spider-Man 3 will have 5 sets in total. In the caption he said take this with a grain of salt but this is exciting nevertheless. (he is a trustworthy leaker)

D2C's are notorious for giving us new molds (The Upside Down, 1989 Batmobile, The Simpsons House, The Kwik-E-Mart, Ghostbusters Firehouse HQ etc etc) But I do understand that what you're saying is we aren't getting a Thanos new mold specifically

maybe by that logic it is Wonder Woman's invisible jet, the Bat-Ski jet from Batman Returns, The Justice League...jet....thing that I assume they have (can you tell I'm only a batman fan?) I can see it being one of those things. Worst case scenario it is the Bat-Pod/Bat Motorcycle from the comics/TDK

I am in the same boat as you. Loved the helicarrier build, but was disappointed with the push for micro figs in the set. I love the idea of the Hulkbuster D2C but I just wish it had a tiny bit better proportions

Morbius has been delayed AGAIN to January of next year...makes me really worried for Spider-Man 3 and the sets

Not in 2002/2004 when we got Raimi sets, they've only owned marvel for a little over a decade

it could be a comic based Carnage/Venom bust. Also Sony owned Spider-Man and his rogue gallery before Disney

they most likely will delay it. Kevin Fiege himself recently said he wasn't confident in the MCU release window for all their movies this year. People don't take covid seriously enough any given thing being delayed, be it lego set or movie, is just a normal slice of life now. we should prepare to be disappointed, this way IF the lego sets associated with the movies do come out on time we will all be pleasantly surprised and delighted. (yes I know the black widow set is out)

I hope the D2C blows us away to compensate

Black Widow has been rumored to get another delay. Expect every MCU movie for this year to follow suite, and in turn, the lego sets that accompany them. The only things we can concretely look forward to for the rest of the year are the 18+ sets, the D2C, and the Disney+ sets (plus whatever comic book sets lego decides on) Even if we do get set pics/info, descriptions for Shang-Chi and Spider-Man 3, they most likely are not coming out any time soon

I am really satisfied that the Shang-Chi sets are a bit up there in price range, I expected a $20-$30 set at most, but the fact that there are 2 that are priced at $30 and $40 excites me. I just want an arena that has the characters battling for the 10 rings and a brick built Fin Fang Foom. Those sound like solid sets.

no I don't think so, it probably just means it sells well

76184, 76189, and 76191 can all be ruled out as not being Disney + or MCU movie sets as they are either 4+ or 18+. That leads us with 76192, 76193, 76194, 76195, 76190, 76185, and 76186 for either Spider-Man 3, Disney Plus, or comic based sets (I excluded the D2C and the Shang-Chi sets for obvious reasons)

I really hope we get more than 1 WandaVision set. Maybe one in the time-period reality and another in the climax of the show, whatever that ends up being
