Have you considered using decals either by yourself or customizers? The image you linked actually uses decals, themselves. Apologies if your preference is for pad printed only; that I don't have too many available resources to help you out with, unfortunately.

Could the sand green pieces work as a compromise for the lighter shade of green? Or would you be running into the same issue with many parts not existing in that colour? Regardless, the colour scheme is very nice and it's a shame the palette here is limited.

That brick-built roadway is ingenious and an amazing technique I need to incorporate into a build. What is that element you've used for the "rails", if you don't mind my asking.

All-around gorgeous. I love that transition from the locomotive's side skirts to its curved front.

Amazing work you have here. I'm so impressed by all the intricate detailing and shapes you were able to build and have stand out using a common colour palette.
