Can Hey, can we still buy your original instructions?

Actually I decided to keep it narrow as the original, and remove a third of its depth to align it with other Modulars. It still means that I’ll have to rebuild it entirely to do so, but I’ll use the rebuilding to remove the doll house hinges and make it modular in the process. I may end up adding a floor as well. Will post a pic if I'm satisfied with the result :)

I just bought the Ghostbusters HQ and the Haunted House. I’m building the HQ first and will try I adapt its base (which is slightly different than regular Modulars) to the HH, so it keeps opening. Thanks for the ideas!

Have you (or anyone) actually managed to pull that off? I’m about to build the house but I don’t have as much time as I’d like so I intend to go modular off the bat, but I’d like to maintain the « openness » of the original build. This option is quite complicated but maybe is the best?

I’ve never opened a Lepin set but the box was perfectly legit, as were the three inner boxes and the box containing the instructions (perfectly printed as well). Also I bought it from a collector who I’ve been buying from for a few years. No other types of pieces (apart from the ones you see on the pics) are yellowed. Any way to make sure?

Well I did get it this Christmas, largely because you were so definitive in your answer. I got a brand new 10221. It contains both old grey and light blue gray pieces.

Hi everyone, My wife would like to buy the 10221 for my birthday. Could you confirm that it only exist in the new bluish grey? Only the 10030 exists in both tints if I understand correctly... Thanks for your help!
