thanks alot guys. I love the ideas. I didnt know that there were these sort of lego pieces out there until i was suggested to look at the brick link site. Kris Kelvin.. if you ever find that time, i would be interested in hearing how you would go about it. Vincent Kessels... i really like the dome idea you had but i am really not sure how to make that or even what pieces to use to make it. Any suggestions? I realize that it may never look exactly like it but i would like to have it come close. Thanks again and sorry about being so novice (and probably annoying) about this. Hey all I am new to this site and am a complete newbie to lego building and am way below amateur level with my skills (from looking at the really amazing creations on here), BUT.. i was wondering if i could get some help. I am trying to recreate my street block. I have two houses on my block that have pointed roofs (see below) and i do not know how to recreate this with legos. All of my blocks have been hand picked and did not come from a set. Is there any way to create this without buying a set? Any help in its construction? Thanks
