    dont see the connection with box office and whether or not someone buys the lego set. Morbius was a flop and so many people loved the lego set ironically.

    The really sad thing though? If this won't sell at the price - and it won't -, LEGO will be all like "We knew it! Female superheroes don't sell! Let's make even fewer of them!"

    Yeah its such a shame, why are they setting this up to fail. Its a cool set and a horrible price!!!

    It's reasonable for a company like Lego to market characters simultaneously with their partner group. Iron Man and Captain America are neat, but they're not really around any more, whereas we are getting shows for Echo, X-Men, etc. in the following months.

    Great news! Laurence Fishburne confirmed a couple months ago he'd be voicing him in What If...?

    Well from the first series and what if..? We can surmise that animated shows will get sets (what if…? And x-men 97’) and the live action shows will be in the cmf as there are too many shows to have sets.

    And why is Agatha one of the characters being singled out? I remember people being very unhappy about her exclusion in Series 1, and now people are annoyed with her inclusion :snicker: 

    Thank you for saying this, maybe im not writing my thoughts as clearly as u do but yeah…totally agree with this.

    We knew since series one thes figs would be mcu based. Whether they are lesser known characters has nothing to do with the fact that the lukewarm response wouldve been when the character list leaked! 

    and only the die hard fans watched the mcu in the last few years?! We all watched what they put out. Btw we die hard fans all loved no way home?!? Is the 3rd tier. 
     

    we knew we would get the next batch of figs from the disney plus shows. It was sus when kang was mentioned as one of the figs. Sucks that he was mislabeled though.

    and we go through this hate train every time one image gets released. A blurry one too.

    Overall, sure, but against Echo, Wolfman, Agatha, and Goliath? Kids saw Quantumania, not Moon Knight.

    Didnt see Quantumania as a kids movie but then again no one saw it.

    the core x men team from the 90’s kids show cemented them as A list characters, more so than iron man and thor.

    Knowing what we got with series one and what the budget is being used on

    we know what the characters look and we know what characters we were getting?!?!? How can it be underwhelming?!?

    here we go again. Blasting the series based on one low res pic.

    looking forward to the “now that the hi res images have been released…” messages in a few pages.

    if x-men 97 wasnt coming then we would have gotten 4 what if figures and not just 1.

    Here are the figs i think will have plain legs:

    thor

    chitauri x4

    tony stark

    captain america

    scarlet witch (maybe she will have the skirt piece too)

    pepper potts

    wong

    falcon (maybe if he is based on the end of the movie. Best alternative would be dual molded legs)

    helen cho

     

     

    And if quicksilver is included (holding thumbs) then he will have plain legs too. Lets hope lego surprises us.

    New clearer images of the advert calendar have surfaced, a fun little inclusion is the bunny toy from Ant Man (though not as freaky looking, that would require a new print). Is anyone able to identify what torso and head Cap is using? Thought it was young Solo, but it also looks a bit different, but maybe it's just me

    I would imagine her inclusion being based on the medical floor in the tower. Where she can treat Clint and black widow can be there too with that smoothie cup piece. Love her line “pretending to need this guy really brings the team together”

    I was thinking the same thing as that bunny was a christmas present. But it would be cool if its both really. Up to who buys it. A cassie figure could hold this bunny.

    Also minifig collectors and HP fans love those inclusions. Even though it was a small character, its design was amazing!

    i can see Helen Cho being a character with no leg printing. The daily bugle had so many reuses and plain legs im already making a list of marvel characters here that wont have leg printing.

    Honestly I'm kind of hoping for Black and White, I'm sure Jack will show up again in the MCU in color, but the black and white was a really fun move for marvel and I'd love for the fig to be greyscale. (Which is the other thing. it wouldn't literally be black and white but more likely LBG/DBG/various silvers like the steamboat willie mickey figs.)

    Wont the concept art be given to merch companies during preproduction? Then lego would receive the color version. The director said they changed it to blck and white in editing. 
     

    funko has a quicker period of production than lego so i guess they saw the change and made variant versions of it.
