  1. I actually think Thanos looks great, super pissed with the helmet though. They better change that, for such a large villain in such an important theme. I'm annoyed with them reusing a mold, that seems incredibly and almost unforgivingly easy. While IW2 (Avengers 4) might have Thanos suiting up in armor (which I'd vastly prefer) I still want the IW1 variant and I hope that they make a new mold, or simply edit the current mold. Darksied's mold could work if they really pushed it.
  2. @BrickHat, I agree with you. His helmet hasn't even changed much in the movies anyway.
  3. It is, @Dr Axels
  4. I think that she looks perfect to be honest.
  5. @GoldenNinja3000, Yeah, when you say it like that it does make quite a lot of sense. She does look good, although I actually don't mind the plain black legs. Sometimes you don't need printing, you know? Iron man is meh, would like some set leaks and for the millionth time, a D2C leak or description.
  6. Why would she be smirking? In the comics she's quite serious, maybe a personality change?
  7. With more accurate brown fur hopefully.
  8. I've missed a ton! Waiting for the Search for Thor's Weapon to take a look at the new Rocket fig *hopefully*
  9. Maybe, hope not. Either way, that's an awesome variant.
  10. I can't wait to pick up another Rocket Raccoon variant to add to my collection!
  11. Nidavellir often in Thor comics is usually shown to be a red planet (full of rocks and mountains) as well as being the home of the dwarves, the makers of Thor's weapon (coincedentally also the name of the set) Nidavellir is also known as Svartelfheim, or Dark Elf Home. Wakanda maybe, but I doubt it because we've got Black Panther sets, Two Wakandan sets for IW, also the only important Wakandan thing is the fields (in trailer that's where the battle takes place) Milano I doubt because this isn't a Guardians film. Avengers Mansion might make it in, actually. Quinjet I doubt as well. Sanctum Sanctorum no way, already a set - also, we've already got two milanos - but that's just my thoughts. As a die-hard Rocket Raccoon and GOTG Fan , though, I'd adore a D2C Milano, but I'm already thinking of buying that moc.
  12. The dimension scenes you refer to, are they the ones with the purple skies? Because that's something every Black Panther has to go through, getting the blessing of the Panther god. Awesome stuff.
  13. It looks like it, but I could be wrong.
  14. I don't know - the Milano is just as popular while the Quinjet has different appearances. A D2C quinjet?
  15. Maybe, I don't know what I'd prefer.
  16. Nomad? Oh, of course! Cap's disolusioned with the US Government! That's why he doesn't have the star on his chest! I hadn't even realised that.
  17. Thor's ship? They'd do a D2C Milano before they did a D2C Quadrant, I'm sure. It's like the Millenium Falcon of the MCU.
  18. What if this is the D2C set? (Jokes aside, I would enjoy seeing Thanos' huge ship from the Thor: Ragnarok Post-Credits Scene portrayed as a D2C, would be different and fit in with Infinity War. Wakanda might also be on the table as an option.)
  19. What does everyone think about the D2C set?
  20. Oh, yeah! Thanks so much, I agree on the bullet train thing!
  21. If you don't mind me asking, around what time do the mine shots appear? I want to compare it so I can judge the accuracy.
  22. They do, don't they? Also, I'm not sure whether this is the right place to post this, but my theory on the Infinity War D2C set will be some form of Avengers Compound - or maybe the Sanctum Sanctorum or a not-MCU Avenger's Mansion from the comics. In the 2017 thread, some one has posted that it might be a Milano (as well as an awesome Milano MOC) but I don't think that'll be it. If this was Guardians 3, they might do a UCS Milano, but it's an Avengers film and given how little time the Milano appeared in GOTG 2 (for about twelve minutes) I'd imagine that unless it plays a massive role in Infinity War, it won't be happening. Who knows, though. I would like an official UCS Milano, because I'm considering buying some instructions for that MOC otherwise.
  23. As someone new to the forums, I'll do my best to give my thoughts on these two sets, both of which look really well-priced and brilliantly designed - also, props to Lego for making both set have exclusive figures, and two variants of Killmonger and Black Panther based on the differing costumes in the movie and trailer. Rhino Face Off by the Mine - this set looks rather decent, although I find the Rhino kind of unnappealing, and I'd almost rather it had no armor. Alas, I still find the high tech armor cool enough. Each minifigure looks great, the vibranium minecart is awesome, and I almost can't decide whether I prefer Black Panther's or Killmonger's suits! As Ultron and DerpWolf mentioned, I am upset with the lack of claws but that's a nitpick. Looks about 7/10, probably won't buy so I can get the Rocket Raccoon set that will come with Infinity War. Royal Talon Fighter Attack - this looks far better. The Talon Fighter is a design that I haven't seen anywhere before, and the figures are great. Killmonger's mask is amazing, Klaue looks decent and they've nailed his arm thing (but maybe a teeny bit big) as well as Black Panther. I know there will be too many stickers, but I'll be alright to deal with that. That Killmonger mask could be used to make an African totem build, as well. I'm annoyed that we don't get a new hairpiece, but that's another nitpick. All in all, this looks about 8/10 and I'll probably buy it after something else.
