Thank you everyone for the kind comments! Yes as others have mentioned it is not super secure. There is no internal reinforcement. I'm not sure there is a way to do that without breaking up the pattern. However, the bottom is molded by hinge plates, and the entire assembly creates a fairly stable structure. I just have to be careful if I grab it by the body.

Hello all, Long time lurker, first time poster! I've recently started uploading my MOC pictures onto Flickr, so I thought I'd share some of them here. This lighthouse is one creation I am particularly proud of. The curvature is achieved using jumper plates. As you can imagine, it took a long time to build.
