Very nice review and great photo's. I picked up my set this morning, but did not start the build yet. Just happy to have this in my possession... What is your opinion on the roof construction ? I saw a comment on the Lego shop where a post/review was critical of the roof...

Yep bought one today also (along with the VW T1 camper van)... I have three Christmas sets(not the train), so looking forward to setting up my display in Dec...

Indeed I would love for it to be rereleased. I was a late entry to these sets, I have the Grand E and the Firestation. I'm not a major fan of the Pet Shop, but would love to get the older two sets...

My recently delivered Fire Station also had the cardboard to protect the manual... Something my Grand Emporium or Winter Classic Sets did not have... I saw the Pet Shop in person yesterday at our local Lego store in Santa Clara, CA...Looks nice.
