I imagine since the video game is Year 1-4, the sets tie in with that rather than the new film. Hence Dobby's Release again etc.

Yes. I loved the old 10173 Holiday Train, for example, which was one of the more recent Trains aimed at AFOLS, but it's looking very rough around the edges compared to the sleek and superior Emerald Night

The visors look in the down position. LEGO's increasing trend on making everything big, bigger, biggest (flame pieces in SP3 and Castle, barbed horns in Atlantis, Rebel helmets) is starting to become silly.
No, the only set pic we've seen is the one in the first post of this thread from the Russian event. LEGO has kept a close lid on the other sets so far!

Your pics do look a little orange, if you have time or access to a photo editing program try auto colour correcting the pics to tone down the orangey shades.
