Thank you for the review. I want this set. The ship looks good with great playability. I don't own the previous red one but this "seems" an improvment. The 2 "wolf" troopers are awesome. Yoda is ok. Nothing new here. The "Jedis" are really Ugly, especially Quinlan "whatever" Vos. The hologram is a great addition but it looked nicer from far. It's overpriced as usual. I will definitely buy it and try to bricklink 3 wolfpack troopers. I voted: Above average and 7964

Lego 66395: It seems to include the Sith Nightspeeder and the 2 actual battlepacks.

Just ordered: the SW Brickmaster book for 11 Euros. Ahsoka's starfighter for 34. And the new Geonosian Starfighter for 34,90 (ouch!).

I'm pretty sure we will get a mtt. Either on the first or the second wave. They won't miss an opportunity to sell us cheap battledroids as minifigures (i'm ok with that) instead of creating new molds for a big creature. Dont forget that we got a new naboo fighter this year, and the last one (7660) came out the same year that 7662, the last mtt. Edit: i also believe we will get new kaadus and a new AAT.

The minifigs are just ok but "just ok" is not good enough for that price. the Naboo pilot looks good but i'm not a Naboo fan. The droideka is a mess. But they will sell tons of them. First of all, thank you for your review. I don't like the ship. I find it poor. I don't like Maul's face. Padme is meh. Qui-gon is meh. Panaka looks good but i don't want him that bad. It's an easy pass for me (until a huge discount of course), and probably the only "pass" from this wave. Edi: I voted poor because one minifig don't make a set. For ten euros less i would have voted below average.

I want to ask because i can see "living encyclopedia" aroud here. How would you do a lego phase 1 medic clone trooper? I was playing with my son and he called a clone bomber "medic" so we used him. Seems the colour was right... But I searched for reference pics and all i found was very dark ones (on wookiepedia). Any lead welcome. PS: If i posted in the wrong topic i apologize but this one seemed appropriate.

I sadly have to agree with you. While i like the overall look of the set, the pricetag makes me unable to accept flaws. Come on! they just did the upper part of the ship(s). Anyway, thank you for the pics. Edit: Dengar is cool but the printed face of the droid? Really? I prefer the old one.

But i think a new MTT will come soon enough so i'll wait if i was to buy one...

Thanks for the review. I like the new ship (but as someone else stated i prefer the previous cannon) and i like the new figs. Even Ki-Adi who looks like a junky jedi. I want him. The price is too high but i'll take one as soon as i can afford and then wait to get a second later. They'll fit well next to the Solar Sailer.

Agreed. They could have printed the whole parts instead of the little half. It would have been a printed thing of nightmares. By the way i still dislike Anakin's face but his body with another head will make a pretty cool jedi.

Thank you for the pics (as it's not really a review, more like a closelook) Too bad this computer screen is a sticker... Otherwise this frigate looks like a must have to me. I like this set a lot except for the 2 jedis who look like crap in my opinion (but maybe it's because i don't know them from the tv show... no they look bad). I never liked the eyes of the CW Yoda but i don't have any Yoda so... and man, this wolf commander is awesome. It will be a pain to BL for his troopers to make a decent commando. Another good point is there is space for me to fit one or two clone gunners. I closely looked at the new millenium and the first thing to do will be to fill the gap between the "body" and the mandibules cause it's really bothering. It should be awesome.

It's a bit strange but i really don't know what i feel about this set. Joy when i saw there was a picture of the Hoth set and then... i don't know. Minifigs are good. As someone said another Taun-taun is great. I waited the bacta tank a litle bigger but maybe my memory is fading. I think i just have to wait to see the awesome features of the base that maybe i don't catch at first glance. Also it doesn't seem to fit with the 7666 very well (but maybe i'm wrong cause i don't earn this one either yet).

I agree. I'd rather have a chance to have one that no chance at all. I'm in France and other promotions like this were almost always off territory.

Thank you. It gives a good overall look of this set. Great minifigures. MEH Tree and OK (but MEH too) speeder bike. I'll get it for the figs and because i hope i will be able to make something about this brown blocky thing. And who knows, maybe if you put it right beside 8038 it starts to shine...

For the french translation of Threepio, it's not mispelling, it's the official translation. 6-PO sound similar than Threepio, so the translators (french people translate movies and don't like subtitles... most of the time) choose to change the number for labial synchronisation coherence. Same goes for R-2 i suppose.
