  1. I recently order a replacement torso for my darth vader figure becuase the right arm was loose and wobily and wouldnt stay in its intended position. There was a misconception about the shipping details of this order and i reordered it. I recieved the email saying that the bricks and pieces have been shipped. 5 hours later I recieve a email saying that I was no longer allowed to use the site for replacements or product orders and my order has been cancelled. I have tried contacting Lego but they ignore my emails or calls. Has this happened to anyone else before? I have provided both proof of purchase and have a valid reason to order the part and now I cant use lego,com for anything order related. Im very disapointed because im not a person who wants to manipulate the system they have in set or use it for free parts to not pay money. Im a little confused if the parts were shipped or cancelled as well? Any help would be appreicated.
