That is an interesting story you're telling. None of the roles you describe sound implausible, and it seems to fit with the things that have happened in this hole in the desert. I believe you missed one small detail, however. The High Priest role went from Mustafa to Nicholas to you. OK. The High Priest was immune to night actions, causing all of the "unsuccessful" results. OK. Why was my attack on Betty unsuccessful on night three?
-
I'm right here, though I don't see why you would think I could get you out of this. I don't believe you are immune to night actions; there's the successful tracking of you and the unsuccessful vigilante-kill of Betty to disprove that theory. A whole lot of these unsuccessful actions seem to be focused on you, however, and most of them would have revealed your affiliation if they were successful. I think I've acted weirdly enough to not get any extra attention by not voting for you. Thanks for the concern, though.

Although having a "not innocent" investigation result would've been nice, I think not knowing that a virgin is also innocent is damning enough. Vote: Hans Gubernaculum (Bob).

Another straight-forward day. As long as they keep lining up to be lynched, we may get out of here in time to visit the pyramids on the way back. I vote: Betty Swallocks (TinyPiesRUs).

No need to be sorry; I tried to figure it out too, but had no success. Perhaps you'd like to share your reasoning? -
The Curse of IMHOTEP - Day Three

Mehmet sounded like he knew something? To me, it sounded very much like he was voting for Mr. Tomato for the same reason he was voting for me just an hour earlier. For being quiet. Onwards, let me draw your attention to a point in yesterday's discussions. Mehmet had just treated us to the second part of his play about Mr. Freud when you said this: You apparently don't believe Mr. Freud's story, then you vote for Ms Stools. But, Mehmet had not yet revealed that Ms Stools and Mr Freud were one and the same. How did you know? Knowing what we know now, it looks like Melaena had told you, her fellow Cultist, that she was Mr Freud and you threw her under the proverbial bus when it was evident that she had slipped up. Vote: Mustafa Nidia (Brickdoctor). -
I find it a little odd that we're talking about a framing side-effect messing with the results of a tracker. I thought framers only messed up the results of investigators. Anyway, let's assume the fabled mirror cloak has a "result reversal effect" of some sort that does affect trackers. The real result for a tracker tracking Mehmet (at least, according to him) should have been "he did not target anyone". So the reversed result would be that he did target someone. Who did he target, according to the reversed result? There's no obvious target, so IMHOTEP may have just picked someone at random.
-
If it has to be somebody quiet, I'm happy it isn't me. I vote: Father Thomas “Tomato” Thomson (Ricecracker).
-
You'll forgive me if I don't share that opinion, I'm sure. If you are indeed dead set on getting rid of me, then I can only hope my sacrifice will bring the innocents some valuable information.
-
Is your goal for today to press everyone into a role claim? You might argue that the innocents would benefit from having all of their roles publicly known, but the benefit to the cultists is undeniable.
-
Way to go not insulting the intelligence of the innocents who are voting for you. So you didn't know what the cultists' win condition was - you were guessing. A guess that I'm more inclined to believe than your earlier stated "fact". Funny how that works. Unvote: Patrick Fitzwilliam (def).
-
Saying "Ra told me" isn't a good enough explanation for having information that none of us innocents seem to have. Until you've explained where this information comes from, I will vote: Patrick Fitzwilliam (def).
-
Yes, I have been rather quiet. That is a character flaw of mine - I find it hard to speak unless I have something to say. There have been things I felt needed to be said, but every time someone beat me to it. If I had spoken up anyway, I'm sure you'd be suspicious of me for echoing what others are saying. Is someone voteless? Is there a vote thief? Is God retarded? Let's all flip out and speculate wildly! If I were counting the votes, I would have missed (skipped?) that one too - it doesn't follow the rules.
-
*YAWN* Mornin'. Who's got some coffee? The alternative - feeding a potential innocent to IMHOTEP - isn't very tempting, I admit. But, what are these possibilities you speak of? The possibility to sit around all day doing nothing, then go to bed and let the cultists continue their anying under the cover of darkness?

I'll play. 1. Died too early in Mafia School: Cirque du Freak. Won with town as the serial killer in Mafia School: The Witchbreed. 2. No internet outages planned in the upcoming weeks. 3. Personally, the best moment so far was when I realized I might actually survive despite the not town investigation result against me in The Witchbreed. -

Mafia School: The Witchbreed - The Conclusion
Wuntin replied to def's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
I don't think I would have outed or killed you, at least. I spoke to the townies in the day thread; a way to communicate a less one-sided version to the scum would have been welcome. I'm not sure how much the death of Biskie saved me from being the lynch target again during day three, but I would have let you lead me towards townie targets - as long as I had a valid reason for thinking they were scum. That would mean revealing (at least implicitly) to me who the scum were, though, and I would have betrayed you if a town win was within grasp. In short: I didn't care who won. Only that I was still alive. -
Mafia School: The Witchbreed - The Conclusion

Thanks for a great game, def. And thanks to all the players; it wouldn't have been as fun without you Of the three of you under suspicion (you, ChromeKnight and Skipper), I thought you were the slightly confused townie right up until the doctor claim that seemed to say you knowingly protected a scum. You were killed because "Remember, the scum don't know eachother" convinced me you were a townie. And because that same statement could be spun into a suspicion of a scum ploy to look townie if I needed to defend my choice (which - as it happens - I did). Keeping me alive was a mistake on everyone's part, I'd say. For the scum, I'd need to kill more than three townies per scum to be useful (you started out twelve to four). Since I was targeting likely-scum, that doesn't seem likely. For the town, I could decide to side with the scum at any moment. My presence could turn a situation with two more townies than scum after the lynch (three more townies at day start, townie lynched) into a pretty much guaranteed scum win. They contact me (not hard - everyone knew who I was), we agree on two townies to kill (making it SK+X+X for the next day), then lynch a townie with our combined vote majority. You did influence my choice of Zam, though I tried to keep your and Carrots' thoughts out of that decision. From what the two of you had said to me by then, it seemed clear that one of you was scum but I couldn't decide who. Thanks! I went into the game with the mantra "Don't get investigated! Don't get investigated!" That turned out really well When the investigation result was revealed, I was sure I was screwed. I had no doubt that the investigation was genuine (as I said during day four) and there was no room for talk of Framers, Millers or non-sane Cops. That left the truth (dosed with a few lies of omission) and hoping enough people would believe I was sincere. -
Your defense is that you protected an obvious witchbreed on night two? Or didn't you check your made up defense for internal inconsistencies? I vote: Pirelly Dabito (Piratedave84).

Is the investigator alive? Are Voltana and Sir Carrots townies reporting that investigator's results or witchbreed spreading lies? I don't have the answers to these questions, but let's explore whether we can trust the result reported today. I am assuming that the first investigation (of me) was real. I do not believe that: the witchbreed would make up a fake investigation that early in the game and they would manage to accuse the one person who was in fact "not town" and the real investigator wouldn't make it known that the investigation result was fake. That also means that Voltana knows who the real investigator is (was?). On to the possibilities: They are both townies: All is well, and the investigator is (luckily) still alive to perform investigations. We can trust today's result. They are both witchbreed: If they are both witchbreed, then the remaining five of you are town - including Dragus. We can trust today's result. Voltana is town and Sir Carrots is witchbreed: The investigator is still alive or Voltana would have reported that he isn't. We can trust today's result. Voltana is witchbreed and Sir Carrots is town: I'd like to split this possibility further into: The investigator is alive: This seems rather unlikely, but would mean that we can trust today's result. The investigator is dead and somebody other than Voltana is telling Sir Carrots that they are the investigator: That other person would be the other witchbreed, hence Dragus is not. We can trust today's result. The investigator is dead and Voltana is telling Sir Carrots that she is the investigator: We cannot trust today's result. Yes, I left out the possibility that Dragus was telling a townie Sir Carrots that he is the investigator - Sir Carrots would have knocked Dragus over the head for investigating himself. Wow, look at that. It seems rather likely that today's result can be trusted. Sir Carrots, can you confirm that Voltana is not your investigator source?
