Exhibition 100 % Lego from 29 till 30 October 2011 Châtenoy-Le-Royal - France www.festibriques.com Initially (2008) made up of 12 people, we are currently 50 fans (and soon 70!!!) to invest with us in this beautiful project of exposure 2011! Thanks to Internet and with the word of mouth, our community increases every day and reaches each year an additional stage, exceeding the borders each year. On the other hand, as our project meets a success always growing, the edition 2011 will be installed in a space of 1000m2.Our “TEAM” thus known to evolve/move gradually all while being professionnal to make this demonstration an event 100% Lego of quality. 3 objectives for 2011: 1)To create a new dimension _ The new room for exposure will give a new scale to the event: 1000m2 filled of Lego, is the surface of 4 tennis courts!! _ The number of exhibitors is multiplied by 2 compared to 2010: 70 exhibitors coming from France (and Europe, we hope) _ The realisation on the spot of an enormous new decoration of a train of several hundred m2 ever carried out in Europe. 2) To remain original and take up the challenge - To continue to make dreams come true for public with an always renewed exposure. - To beat the world records of the longest Lego train. Record currently held by Germany with 150 cars tankers. - To beat the world speed records of Lego train. - To put in exposure all the collection train Lego 9volt of 1991-2011 - 50% of the exposure will be left with the multi-topics to keep the spirit of diversity and pluralism. 3) To attract more visitors - To exceed the 7000 visitors We look for exhibitors in all the European countries! Hello to all, My name is Jean-gérald (Alias JeanG) I am 32 and I live in Beaune (21200, Burgundy, France) I have never left the world legotic(introduced by my father) and have never known of dark age! Fascinated by the city and not believing in my potential of mocer I have at once was a hard-line collector (the models must have built as the plan and only the plan) and I spent a lot of time to look at catalogs lego at great length. My favorite period remains the period 1980-1996. In 1996 seeing the beginning of the mediocrity of the sets to lego I turned on the Lego train 9volt. When suddenly internet in 2003 come at home and you suspect I have to type "Lego", I fell on freelug but there was too much informations then I found a lego forum:"yahoo-Lego-construction". From there I come as visitor in the exhibition Orléans 2004 where I meet members of lego-construction and Freelug. I make my first exhibition in 2005 for Claix (France) where I am member of BAB. In 2007 I enter Freelug where I make many meetings very nice, coordinating freelug for the Burgundy 2007-2008, I learn on the organization of events of exhibitions lego a lot. Further to discords with the head of Freelug I decide to create the Festibriques association where I find all my well-being to amuse me fully in my passion. www.festibriques.com Thanks to any freelug members I am supposed to be in 2005 in the side dark of the strength by making my first one moc http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/JeanG/claix2005/1.jpg, since I continue to mocer but remain big one collectors of sets (more than 1000). I had the idea of Tradilug, which is to urge afols to expose official sets in exhibition.
