I also do find some people misunderstand it. I was trying to tell my family that its more about what I can do to mod it rather then just building one set after another, for me, I first create what I get in the box, being I am a low level lego builderright now, only started getting into it about a month, so got little amount of bricks or tools on hand right now. Then I slowly mod it with parts I have around. A small build turns bigger over time until you create something of dreams or nightmares.

I feel Lego for me is something that allows me to think and relax, just go into my own little world while creating what I wish. Its kind of like how some people are into those coloring in books, I feel Lego does the same thing for me.
