happened just as you said it would, no sign of interaction whatsoever while on a plate. i must say that the gears still look like turning to me though, especially in the first file i posted. alright, thanks anyway my friend; thank you for your time.

try this one. just take a look at it alright. try to turn all 4 axles, you'll see that the gears do interact with each other but not perfectly. just look please, you'll understand what i mean. https://ufile.io/d34d3

that's what i thought but if you take a look at the file, you'll see that the gears are actually working. i mean when you turn one, the other also turns with it. the problem is that i don't know how. it seems like a bug because i can't replicate the process. that's why i'm asking. just check it, you^ll see..

while trying to learn the program, i found out that it was impossible to connect the gears and to make them work together but at some point, i managed to make the gears interact with each other and work together. the problem is that i'm unable to find out how. can someone explain this to me please? here is the ldd file https://ufile.io/274561
