I threw a few more pics into the original post, as well as putting the medieval minifigs and weapons back up for trade or sale. The trader who wanted those flaked. I also found a bunch more medieval weapons and some other acc. not shown.

I spent all day today going through my basement and found them, then I organized some of them. I found out a lot of stuff I didn't realize. I was wrong, I put an extra zero on the end, I had about 10,000 a couple years back but I forgot I got rid of about 8,000 regular bricks to a local collector back then so I have around 2,000 parts now. I never got rid of anything but regular bricks though. I still have all the minifigs and other specialized stuff. I'll be taking pics soon. Could a mod change the amount in the title to say 2,000 instead of 100,000?

Will try to take images asap. Sets are already listed. Minifigs are I believe in whatever sets are listed. No Harry Potter afaik, not sure what the other is.

The US. I realize that might hamper me selling them to a lot of people on this forum. But so far, any other forum has simply refused to let me sell, period. They all seem more intent on talking about Lego than actually acquiring the things. It seems like no matter what the situation is, Lego forums are a pretty strict medium on the whole. Unless you fall into a pretty narrow category (somoene who wants to talk about Lego all day) you really have no choice but to spend hundreds of hours preparing and posting on Bricklink, eBay or other sell sites. I had hoped to end-around all the hassle of doing that, and sell to actual collectors (I suppose some people on eCrater could fall into that category too) but it seems like it's my only option.

Sounds good to me. I have to say though, if no one wants to buy anything and nobody even wants to PM me, I'll be taking pics and selling them all on eCrater. I guess a bunch of RANDOM people can resell what I have and make a profit instead of die-hard collectors getting them. Also, I've been reading up on how people sell Lego. $10-15 a pound sounds really good to me. I WAS going to let them go for half that a couple weeks ago...

Please PM me. Thanks for the heads-up. I'm really more into selling for cash if I can't trade for something I collect. I have been online for over 10 years, have done over 1000 deals with over 500 people. I've never intentionally given anyone a bad deal. I can prove all this.

I got this one set when I was a kid in the 80s and I still have it. It's a blue and red motorcycle. I can take a pic eventually but if someone knows which set it is I won't have to which will be a relief since I have around 500 items that need pics taken before it. Big red and blue technic cycle.

Yup, same 10 posts for both it looks like. But the problem with Bricklink is, they don't have forums for selling. You know what would be involved for me to put up each individual brick on their system? With around 100,000 bricks? The thing is, I much prefer to trade one on one with other collectors, even if they don't collect the exact same thing I do. I collect 6" figures and stuff like that, but I can appreciate the Lego collector, 3&3/4 collector, Hot Wheels, whatever (my mom collects rare Pez and California Raisins figures). Even if nothing comes of any of my Lego forum posts, at least I tried. As one Toysnbricks mod said, there's always craigslist. Which is the impersonal kind of dealing I will only use as a last resort. Or if they want, they could PM me what to delete from my posts so they don't have to move them. I'm good either way.

I'm in the USA. I've been to Quebec City, and then Montreal, many years ago (I forget exactly how many, I think it was in the 1995-2000 era), for a Jazz festival in Montreal. It was awesome. When we entered the country, my dad and I had no problem getting in. Then, when we were leaving, the officials on the Canadian side stopped us and did a BG check on us. They found out my dad had a few drunk driving arrests on his record, so they kicked us out and told him he can never come back! Lol. The only 2 countries I ever had a yen to emigrate to were Canada and Japan. No pun intended.

Lol, actually, put me down as a not addicted at all. See, I haven't collected Legos in ages. I still have one item intact from my childhood (a huge blue and red motorcycle set I customized heavily) but all the other stuff got taken apart and put away years ago. When I was 22 I started collecting action figures heavily for the first time since I was 14. I'm up to about 3000 action figures now. A couple years ago I bought a large lot of Legos from a tag sale, and there was around 100,000 bricks and random pieces in there. Since I'm not planning on building stuff or collecting again I figured I'd hit up the Lego forums and see if I could trade any of these bricks for action figures or just sell them. I'm just now getting around to it. I understand most forums don't want newbies selling indiscriminately to their members but I would rather try my hand at posting these here than let some random person grab them from me and sell them for double or more. I would rather they each go to the home of someone who needs them specifically and will give them a good home, even if it means I have to sell for less than I'd get from a scalper/eBay seller/whatever. Of course I'd much prefer to trade them for rare figures. I have no idea what each Lego item goes for really as I'm just beginning my research into selling/trading Lego.

I always listened to the widest array of genres possible. The only music I won't listen to really is polka, and not much country/western. I mainly just listen to the radio while driving around hunting action figures one day a week. Mostly Classic Rock, Alternative, Rap, the occasional Metal and Classical.

I always kinda wanted to be Canadian... looks like fun!

I don't collect Lego although I used to love it as a kid. I actually made a few things that survived for many years, and one (a huge Lego motorcycle I customized quite a bit) that is currently still assembled. Anyway, right now I collect 6" action figures and I joined really only to see if anyone would want to trade for the Legos I have. I know this will probably get shut down because I'm new but I really would just like to get rid of my Legos and get something I actually need. I have about 100,000 bricks and misc. items. I'm in the USA. Any other questions please feel free to PM me or post them.
