  1. Ah, good to know. Thank you MikeyB! I'll be using this combination a lot. While I am on this topic, I was also wondering if this piece http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=98132 could hold the classic short sword. It looks like it has the same size slot as the Prince of Persia scabbard. (Which can't hold said sword) But I can't be 100% sure just by looking at it.
  2. Hello E-Harmo- err Eurobricks! I was wondering if anyone knows if these two pieces go well together: The first is the scabbard part from the Pirates line. This piece: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemPic.asp?P=95348 And the second if this claymore from the Collectible Minifigure line. This piece: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemPic.asp?P=98370 Does that sword fit the scabbard? I only have the sword piece. I notice that scabbard is angled downward, and the sword is pretty long, does this cause any problems? I didn't know if I should post this topic here or in the Medieval forums.
  3. Even though I've been hoping for a Roman since the series began (and long before that.), I just LOVE the Highlander's sword. His torso looks unique and useful too. He got my vote. I think this is the best series since number one.
  4. They are all wonderful but, man, Metagross is so spot on it almost appears to be a single plastic mold! That is easily one of the best rendition of anything I've seen on a minifigure scale. Good job!
  5. I think this series is going to be my favorite. Five must-haves for me this time, more then any other series! Legionnaire: Oh man, who DOESN'T want this guy? He looks perfect. On a side note, all the ancient warriors I wanted to see have been made now. The Gladiator, Spartan and now the Legionnaire. Dream come true. Outlaw: I missed out on the Cowboy, but this guy is better anyway. Torso looks nice, and, anyone else think that is a new handkerchief around his neck? It looks like it to me. Highlander: Looks good, I LOVE that new sword mold. I've been waiting for something like that for a long time. Windup Robot: Aww, isn't he adorable? Even though I don't care for space themes, I'll still be picking one of these up. Minotaur: I think the head could be a bit better. And something other than a ax would have been nice. Overall good enough. I'll get one. Well that is my top five for this series, most of them don't have a top three!
  6. I feel the same way. The only minifigures I remotely care about this time are: "Space Marine": Even though I've never cared about space themes, and I loath Halo, I still love this guy. I guess that just goes to show how great he is. Dark Knight: I would have loved to see a new helmet with him. Due to the fact there isn't one, he seems a bit redundant when compared to other knights you could make. The printing and what looks to be a darker great sword helps though. Poseidon: He's great, but as a castle collector I don't see much use for him. Aztec: Same as Poseidon. Gold spear is cool. Female Viking: Ehh... Silver Gladius might be worth it. Overall, I think this is the weakest series yet. I'm looking forward to S6 far more.
  7. Oh glad to see you made more, you really have a knack for this. They all look great! I especially like Feraligatr, Rydon and Empoleon. Clever use of the trident too.
  8. Wow, these are by far the best Lego Pokemon I have ever seen. Very nice work. Magmar looks really good, and Magmar is one of my favorite Pokemon!
  9. A-Anyway, what color do you guys think the Gladiator's helmet is? Is it the same color as the Spartan's helmet, (pearl-gold) or the Spartan's shield (nougat)?
  10. 18 Treasure hunt on the river Nile 4 Points 39 The Dojo and the underground 3 Points Amazing entries guys! Wasn't a easy choice. Very sorry, I thought I joined earlier.
  11. Simply amazing Sirens-Of-Titan! So many different parts to this MOC, and all so detailed! The pine trees, creak, tunnel, even the curved stairway leading up to the ruins!
