Okay let us rephrase the question what would be one of a popular file format that can be used to upload a snpashot to an image hosting ? In term of size and quality because obviously when I upload a snapshot to a forum I need that image to be in reasonable size (because there is limitation when you upload to tiny pic or imageshack) and has good qulaity to any one who is ready my thread

Dear Experts I am posting a lot of snapshots (computers and softwares related images) to forums I just want to find out : 1- What is the best extension for a saved snapshot (computers and softwares related images) before uploading it to tinypic or imageshack 2- What is the proper size in pixel for an image before uploading to tinypic or imageshack ? because some time when I upload an image it is too big for the forum's . 3- Is there an official uploader utility for tinypic ? when I googled I could not find a proper one to be used Thanks
