I appreciate the tips as being a newbie. I will ad pictures and I am genuinly interested in comments on how to make it better as well as information on if there has ever been anything like it or is this idea unique.

Yes, I know there are camping sets etc. but has there ever been a good old fashioned a-week-in-the-sun kind of family trip set? Or is the regural LEGO City life so smooth and fun that figs don't need any vacation? :) I think they need one. That's why I built a classical Greek Island Vacation set for LEGO Ideas: https://ideas.lego.com/projects/149487 I would appreciate comments and suggestions on how to make it even better. I'm a first timer when it comes to any of this - adult age LEGO building, LEGO Digital Designer, rendering etc. so try to look at it keeping that in mind :)

I'm a brand new Legoist. Always loved the brand and played with Legos until I was 16 and now (using my 2 years old son as an excuse) addicted again. I used half of my summer building my own set for Lego Ideas. Love the whole concept and brilliance of Lego Ideas - they make the whole world design Lego sets for them! Can't wait for my kid to grow up just a little bit and start building with Legos with him. Great to be here! Fundinavian
