The manifold are custom chromed lego palm tree bases and the wires are just electrical wire. No it's not all lego parts, and some of the lego parts, like the technic shocks for the front suspension are very heavily modified as you can see here: http://mocpages.com/image_zoom.php?mocid=253088&id=/user_images/69004/1297809721m.
