Thanks for the review! I love this little set, but thought it needed a little spicing up so I paid a visit to my local Lego store for a baseplate and some greens.

With Sideshow Collectibles announcing a partnership with Lego, perhaps we'll see The Dutchmen through them?

Picked up the Black Pearl on Friday at the Austin Lego Store and added it up on the wall!

The Castle theme is what first got me into LEGO bricks (Camouflaged Outpost was the one), but when the Pirates theme debuted I switched over. I still have all of my original Castle sets as well, but my Pirate sets I still keep on display.

The Imperial Trading Post is a great set, but after recently acquiring Eldorado Fortress, I have to say its my new favorite set. It looks much more intimidating that the Trading Post and I think would fare much better fending off Pirates. Rock Island Refuge is my favorite Pirate Base with plenty of room to plan the next treasure hunt!
