    The Penguin was in Arkham City because both the Asylum and Blackgate were consolidated since Strange's plan was to murder all of the inmates. its possible that O'Neil or any of the Bronze Age writers may have included em at some point but for the most part, when pitching a story you don't send the Penguin to Arkham.

    I'd love to know what source material you'd cite to confirm this. Not trying to argue just genuinely interested.

    Probably cause in the comics, Penguin doesn't go to Arkham when he's arrested but then again Catwoman is the Arkham set which doesn't make sense either so maybe they just threw that out the window.

    I got the Bizarro/Superman mighty micros and replaced the legs. I posted a photo a couple of pages back. Both figures look great with the upgrades.

    Finally found the Phantom Zone polybag in the Valentines Day section. Highly suggest typing the DCPI code into the aisle price checkers to get the exact location.

    got an extra Gordon CMF figure so I had to mix em up with the one that came out for Dark Knight Rises.

    Just went to my hometown Lego store and picked up these goodies. Gonna wait for a little bit before I build em though.

    Really love the new Red Hood minifigure, I had to switch the cape on em to make em closer to source but he does look pretty cool next to the one I made a while back.

    I feel like the closest you'll get is the Alice minifigure but it's a lighter shade of blue.

    I was thinking about it but the hairpiece it comes with reminds me of the silver age Bizarro so I'll probably leave it as is.

    Finally got 76068 yesterday and I switched the legs on both. Pretty happy to have a Bizarro and a Superboy now.
