You can not really use a special method to increase size dramatically. In that respect this is just like body building in that you have to put in the time to see the gains. But, remember, this is the only method that truly works that you can do on your own. You can try and extender, but the will never produced permanent gains, you will always shrink back with those. You will never get permanent size with anything but hand exercises.
