  1. I've been gradually creating LDraw digital versions of a selection of Cada special technic parts, for use in Studio. I'm pretty bad at 3D CAD, and some of the parts look better than others. But all function very well within Studio. Not sure if anyone's interested. Getting an actual 3D CAD person would be the best idea. BTW: Do NOT upgrade to the 2.25.11_1 version of Studio unless you want your files corrupted and/or deleted. There are already a couple of threads on this in the Studio forum.
  2. There is this earlier version of it on Rebrickable.
  3. Hey, I've added HOG steering and tail lights to "CaDA C61016 Porsche 919 Hybrid Sports-Car", if anyone's interested.
  4. My "Pimp My Pimped McLaren" mods have been published on Rebrickable.
  5. Presenting a sneak peak of one of my pimp my pimped McLaren mods. Headlights, doors cosmetic, doors functional, rear mesh, gearbox and shifting improvements. I'll put some instructions together and put on Rebrickable.
  6. Maybe something like shown here (except with pneumatics instead of hydraulics):
  7. Hey, that's so amazing. Thanks for the link. But that uses position-triggered valves to control the height, and as awesome as that is, it's not what I was thinking about. I was thinking about directly cross-connecting the cylinders similar to: Just wondering whether it would be worth exploring.
  8. Has anyone experimented with FRIC pneumatic suspension? Cross-connecting front and rear cylinders to help control a car's pitch angle? Just wondering whether it would be worth experimenting with?
  9. Could you share a list of all the components you used? Thanks!
  10. I made a bunch of mods and it works much better now.
  11. The paddle shifting assembly works perfectly on its own (disconnected from anything else) and I successfully tested the gearbox on its own before. So the problem must be with the chunky CV joints.
  12. Yes, I have the same problem. I got to the point of starting to build the seats, but the paddle shifter doesn't work at all. It doesn't even come close to working. I'm going to have to start disassembling and troubleshooting. I'm pretty sure I've followed the "pimped" instructions correctly.
  13. Actually I was referring to the drive axles with the torque limiter that's at an angle.
  14. Hey, brilliant mods, thanks! I have a solution for the axles and u-joints fitting together properly under the gearbox, if anyone's interested.
